The staff took good care of me, and I felt informed. I did not have the experience of the other review, my appointments were always on time. My only complaint really is that it took months to get seen to evaluate for surgery and it took a while to schedule the surgery. overall about 6 months from primary referral to surgery. I chose Dr. Oates because of his sports experience, it was important to me to return to my sports activities.

He was a rep for the company which has since had numerous law suits. What really pissed me off is how car salesman he was to get me to have the surgery, but when he F'd up and put it in totally bowed, aka "varus" and tried to get out of any responsibility for doing s(*&t job, and leaving me in such excruciating pain, I wanted to end it, that is until I had it redone and I could walk again. Another thing I have to add, when I went back for my post op, it was just after lunch time, I smelled alcohol on his breath, and it was enough that you smell it across the room. I can speculate as to why he f'd up my surgery and my life. It's too late for me to sue the bas%$$#rd, but not too late to tell others to stay away from this hell hole. Vernon, and getting an MRI there. At this point my wife asked that the MRI info be sent to her primary care provider, but instead the sent it to a random doctor at the Seattle UW hospital. You're results may vary, but our experience was dismal at best.
