They feel the need to judge and dismiss claims. Took my brother in because he may have pinched something in his last night setting a weight down. They felt the need to LOUDLY express their opinions that it was probably his improper form. Please tell me how improper form would be a quick punch that is sending continuous pain down his pelvic region and legs? They dismissed him and just gave him muscle relaxers. If he wanted muscle relaxers her would have gone and purchased a 1000MG edible from a dispensary. Instead of giving proper care and concern like a normal human, they belittle and make you feel less than. Might I add the two judging him for "probably because of his form" you two were pudgy. As well could use some daily sunscreen and a nice exfoliant might I add, since we're judging people based on what we don't know about them. The clinic clearly does not care about reviews unless they're positive. Unfortunately we drove almost an hour here to get here when they opened, and needed up sitting an hour in the waiting room to be seen. Don't let the 4.5 stars fool you. All of the 1 star reviews are very much correct and you are 100% better off taking business elsewhere unfortunately if you want to be taken care of. If you don't care about helping people, why work in healthCARE? Disgusting behavior all around.

I have only good things to say about them. Kristin Crandall helped me after a shoulder surgery a few years ago, and now she's provided excellent help with some other problems. I've developed a working relationship with Becky who is their most experienced therapist. She is very good at her job but her schedule can get full. There are several there who are completely capable as well as a cadre of capable assistants. If you're willing to put in the work they will help you there. They have a clean facility and sanitize everything throughout the day. Masks are required by the state so be prepared for that. It's not optimum but it is what it is.

In March 2026, I accidentally whacked the side of my hand (pinky knuckles) on a counter while…read morebagging groceries. It hurt like the dickens, but then I forgot about it until hours later, when I realized it was swollen, stiff, and bruised. After a few days of sensitivity and pain impairing the use of my hand, I saw a doctor, who ruled out fracture and offered only to tape/immobilize it (which would have been a bad approach). I remembered IRG offers hand PT, so I scheduled with Rachel Moyles. She is WONDERFUL. She diagnosed an injury to the ulnar nerve and began teaching me a series of exercises -- tendon glides and stretches to restore function, and a special putty to regain pressure tolerance and strength. She also had me use a wonderful fluidotherapy apparatus, an enclosure that circulates warm cellulose particles, bathing the hand in comfort while going through range of motion. Finally, she recommended wearing a compression glove most of the time, especially at night. I felt immediate improvement, and in one month of weekly visits (and daily exercises) I was "graduated." Rachel's calm, cheerful, positive support made our sessions a pleasure, and I highly recommend her services! I can say my hand is fully restored -- and I still do the exercises sometimes when I think of it :^)

One of her first statements was ' We don't play around here' and mentioned surgery which is fully outside her standard of care. I took my name off all further appointments with her, and then her supervisor, Natalie, who I was supposed to see came out one day and took someone else back and I got put in with this gal, Sarah, who I well knew was not a good idea to work with. I was treated very forcefully, and overworked completely. She then made me do some exercises I should never have been doing which further injured me. My whole arm and shoulder immediately got swollen and very painful, and it had been doing relatively fine before. I went to my orthopedic surgeon and he ordered an MRI and said, yes it had been severely injured, and that I am now behind one year in healing. This has totally impeded any further progress being made at this time and changed my whole life. In my opinion, this practitioner should not be treating people, as it is very unsafe and reckless treatment behavior.
