I had called another well contractor in the area (who shall remain unnamed) who had committed to coming to the house the next day but reneged and left me figuratively and literally high and dry without water and my rental guests at the and of their rope. I called Tait based on my plumbers reccommendation who was able to work me into the schedule that day and make the emergency repair. During this process I had several calls with the crew/owner that went extremely well and my renters glowed at the job they did, in spite of severe weather at the time and a thunder storm rolling through the area while the repair was under way. The cost was fair based on a google search I had done and could not be happier with how well this bad situation turned out. Of note, there are limited contractors in this area where summertime is peak workload for them and difficult to get on their schedule in a timely basis. To get this kind of support when I need it most was greatly appreciated where I will look to Taits for any future well work (hopefully not soon (: )

I needed a well company because my well quit giving me water for my house. After being without…read morewater for 5 mos, I called Tait Well Drilling. He came out and told me I needed new parts for the pump, a larger 20 gallon tank. I was getting some sand in my sinks. He said if it still pumps sand, then the well needs service as far as the screens need changing. He said the well needs to be pulled and the foot valve and jet seals need to be replaced. One May 4, 2017 and $1,000 later it worked fine for 3 mos. He also said if the pump still cycles after that then it is time for a new well. On August 19, 2017 the well quit pumping water again. So I contacted Tait Well Drilling twice by text message and once by voice mail. I called and got them on the phone finally on August 29, 2017. He said he would call me back. Never did. I called several more well companies in the area and got 2 to call me back. Finally on September 23, 2017 I have my new well working and still have not heard from Tait Well Drillilng.
