Since my insurance changed to HAP from BCBS I have had to find all new doctors. The new…read moredermatologist I was referred to, Dr. Ben Freidman, is at this location and this was my first time here. First impressions: The parking lot is in good shape with lots of room to get in and out. I like the self check in kiosks in the lobby. Did not use one but may in the future. The reception area was very clean and well kept with plenty of natural light and very quiet. Ann helped me check in, she was very friendly, efficient and she had a very nice conversation with me. She was a nice first face to meet at a new office. I got called in by Jerel, on time, and was shown to a exam room where he proceeded to take my history, find out why I was there, and let me know the doc would be right in. He was polite and very organized. Dr. Ben came in shortly after Jerel left, introduced himself and asked about past health issues, why I was there for this visit, and what he planned on doing during this visit. I had a couple of biopsies taken and was told that results would take a couple of weeks but they would call if any concerns arose. Dr. Ben was very professional and informative. I was very happy with his timeliness and ability to get my procedures done even though they were not scheduled for my original appointment. I was in and out in under a hour and I hope that is a sign of things to come. Very pleased with the whole visit.
