I took my four month old baby in to his office to get an adjustment because he has a tightness in his neck. I have never been more disrespected in my entire life than I have with Dr Williams. 1) He did not take my child out of the car seat or even touch his neck/ surrounding areas to feel for any tightness. 2) He immediately judged me and my parenting and gave me a 15 minute lecture on how I need to hold my baby and rock him and the dangers of screen time. 3) Told me that todays parents don't parent how they are supposed to and are ruining future generations and that young moms don't know what they are doing. I am young. But I know my child and knew that he needed a chiropractor. He knew nothing about me or how I parent and was quick to assume that I shove my child in a baby container and put them in front of a screen all day(neither is true). I ended up leaving with no help or guidance and went to Dr. Nofzinger out of Archibold, he told me that my baby definitely DID need an adjustment and now we have five more appointments over the next two weeks. If you are a young parent , I recommend you go anywhere but here. If you know a young parent, out of respect for them I also recommend you go anywhere but here. I seriously cannot believe how I was treated. I have never left a bad review on any platform before and I understand people make mistakes, but this man had no respect for me or my child and wouldn't even acknowledge my concerns or listen to me.
