Wow! he was correct only he left out how someone had used waterglass or some other sealant to fill the plug well up to the ceramic, making it impossible to remove the plug. I contacted the dealership and received an email saying that it was to old and had to many miles on it to receive any help. I recommend to anyone planning to buy from this dealership to get their own mechanic to check the vehicle. Now I have a vehicle not road worthy and still owe the bank....sucks to be me ...HUH

A week after I had purchased the vehicle I followed up about the floor liners and the salesman acted as if they didn't agree to do this. I was flabbergasted, as it was literally the final element of the negotiation that resulted in an handshake, the salesman verifying the "ship to" address and getting the deal done. Shame on me for not verifying the liners were written into the paperwork but buyer beware the folks at Dunn Country will look you in the eye, shake your hand, promise something and then totally disregard it after you have cut them check.

Spent less than an hour at the dealer when we arrived to do paperwork and that included us swapping over a lot of items to the new vehicle. No, my credit isn't great and I don't have a lot of money. That's on me. However, they tried to sell me a car that they knew something was wrong with. The salesman Michael told me it was his mom's trade in and that the back wheel was popping, but that the service department said the tires were the wrong size. I'm not knowledgeable on vehicles and was desperate to get back to work to support my child. I did get a decent deal on the car with a 500 dollar down payment so I figured I could just get the right size tires on the back and that would be that. Nope, it was not the tires. It was the rear end differential and cv axles. I found that out in an hour on my own. I also had three other people look at it and was told the same thing. I'm not sure why the service department didn't know because it was looked at there or so I was told. A week after getting the car (08/12/2026) it started locking up in the brake system causing me to not feel that the vehicle was safe any longer for my child or my job. I transport children in my vehicle for work. I stayed in contact with Michael the whole week and he assured me they would fix the situation. They ran a hard inquiry on my credit without my approval on 8/12/26. I have screenshots of those. They did let me bring the car back and said the funding was never secured so I didn't have to pay for the car, but would not give the down payment back. Now maybe to some people 500 bucks isn't a lot, but that's a down payment on a car that actually runs. I'm a very easy going person, but I do not feel like I was done right in this situation. Also, when I took the car back Jay Killian (sales manager) acted like Colten instead of himself. I'm not really sure why, but it was very unprofessional. I'm sure they don't care, but I will not EVER go through them again. Be careful going through them. They could have just said no, your credit isn't good enough instead of trying to sell me a pos.

First of all, when I made my appointment, I came in without any knowledge of the process and went to the parts department to see how it would work. They bluntly informed me that I needed to make an appointment, and belittled me for having little to no knowledge about what they were supposed to inform me of. I made my appointment, but had to reschedule it for next week due to a conflict. On the phone call, the representative talked in a very low volume, so I was not able to understand anything he was saying, and any time I would ask him to repeat something it sounded like he was upset that he had to speak up. The day of my appointment, I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for my key to be made and was charged an excessive amount for labor fees, adding onto that, I was never provided a cost or time estimate until after the key was already completed. There was absolutely no proactive communication from the team, and when I asked for a status update at the 90-minute mark, the representative handling my service unhelpfully told me to "go over there and ask," without directing me to a specific person or desk. Overall, I would say if you expect good, or at bare minimum, mediocre communication from this dealership, nix your expectations immediately, and go somewhere else.

Advisor said I was to present coupon before any service. I told him I ordered the service & time online. No coupon to print, just button to click. He said he had no way of knowing that it was an online order. ( he must have just guessed what service to do?) He said since I had already paid, there wasn't a way to change it. He offered a $10 discount on next tire rotation. I declined. It cost more to just get a simple oil & filter change done on my tiny Spark at Nix than it was to get by big F250 4x4 an oil & filters change, tire rotation, multisystem check & fluids topped off at Stuteville. The difference is clear.
