From that point forward he was unresponsive or when he showed up was not prepared or did not show up when he said he would. The straw that broke the camel's back was when we made repeated text messages with him indicating that he would indeed be here today at 10:00 to complete the repair . He indicated that indeed he would be here today. He was not. The issue is the owner of the vehicle has to take off work thus losing money to make these appointments . He did not show he did not reply to any emails or phone calls . As of this riding I'm still waiting to hear from him . I have contacted someone else to complete the repairs . As a business owner myself , I can't even imagine treating your customers this way . Do not use this person . I see the good reviews seem to be a year ago . Didn't want to answer my questions- just went into how 'nobody wants to work' and 'how mean people are'. Drove to another body shop and immediately received friendly service and a quote.
