They got me back in when the light was permanently on and had to change my spark plugs. I know nothing about cars but in no way did I feel taken advantage of. I felt that it was a reasonable price for the work they had to do. Throughout my time there the communication and service was exceptional. I will absolutely be back for any of my car needs

This shop did a great job taking care of our family and getting us back on the road. We were…read moretraveling from NY to KY when our wheel bearing broke. We have a newborn and a 2 year old with us, we picked Jim's based on other reviews and we're glad we went there. We got to the shop 45 minutes before they closed, they took a look at it and order the part just based on hearing it. My husband took the car back first thing in the morning when they opened and they had it fixed within 2 hours. The staff were all friendly and helpful, let my husband see how bad the wheel bearing looked and the price was more than fair considering the urgency of the situation. If we lived in this area, we would be customers for life. Thank you so much Eric, Mike and Tim!!

I've taken several vehicles there over the past several years. These folks are conscientious fair…read moreand competent. One vehicle started making a noise like those lawn mowers for toddlers that pop colored balls around in a clear plastic dome. My razor-like powers of observation decided something was amiss! I had apparently gotten a stick caught in the engine compartment that made all the clatter. The cost for my stick-ectomy? $0.00!.. Hell I once got billed $50.00 for a dealer replacing the bulb in my brakelight! A fix that took all of three minutes! Kudos to these guys. If Karma exists they will continue to have a lot full of cars from loyal patrons!

Still taking my car here two years later. I don't really understand the negative reviews I've seen…read morebecause I have never experienced any kind of unprofessionalism from this place. The employees have never sat in the office and gossiped about anything. The front desk girl is very nice and friendly and does talk to you but she is not gossiping. The quality of the services they provide and the prices can't be beat. Anytime I bring my car in for a specific issue they fix it. I've never been given the run around or felt like I was being taken advantage of as a female. A lot of mechanics take advantage of women and try to charge us more thinking we don't know any better but this place doesn't do that. I was taking my car to Vandevere and paying 100.00 for an oil change when Ken's charges me 45.00 for the same service. Also it takes them maybe half an hour versus three hours at the dealer. You can't please everyone but this place has way more positive reviews than negative and I definitely recommend taking your vehicle here.
