I have had a very disappointing experience with this florist. My 2 young sons had organised a Mother's Day bouquet to be delivered (via Interflora) to me while they were away in Thailand. I am going through Chemo at the moment and they wanted to be sure that I had a beautiful bouquet from them. Anyway, it was delivered one day late and half dead - I called to complain saying that it would be going in the bin on the Thursday and the lovely lady on the phone arranged a "like for like" pick up and drop off for the next day. Well the delivery was dully made and this bouquet was a 1/3 of the size of the original - again, I'm not happy. I call again to explain the situation and another helpful lady promised me a call from the MD of the company the following day, saying that if he didn't call, then she certainly would.
