Avoid this practice at all costs; it's nothing short of a joke. While Dr. Good was commendable in the past, his office is now overshadowed by the unprofessional behavior of his assistant, Maria. Scheduling an appointment with Dr. Good has become an incredibly arduous task over the past few years. The office's very limited opening hours, coupled with the requirement to schedule appointments at least a year in advance, if not more, is highly inconvenient.
Despite our patience in waiting for over a year, our appointment has been rescheduled by the office three times already, with Maria being the main instigator. The appointment was postponed repeatedly, from last year indefinitely. Today, Maria called yet again to postpone our appointment further. We had already rearranged our schedule for the inconvenient appointment time (7am in the morning) and expressed our unwillingness to be rescheduled again. In response, Maria resorted to shouting at us, claiming we didn't understand the doctor's health situation and promptly canceled our appointment. Moreover, she threatened to report us as "problematic patients" to our insurance company.
This behavior is utterly absurd. Medical services should not be conducted in such a tyrannical manner. While Dr. Good may have been competent, we refuse to tolerate this unprofessionalism any longer and will seek better alternatives. Furthermore, if Dr. Good's health issues were indeed the reason for the repeated rescheduling, he should have referred us to other doctors rather than delaying our treatment.
To add insult to injury, Dr. Good's office billed our insurance three times last month for a "acute surgery" supposedly performed by him, despite the fact that we haven't seen him in the past three years! This level of dishonesty is simply unacceptable.
Sad to see that Dr. Good is not a good choice any more. Thank you, Maria, for ruining Dr. Good's reputation! read more
