Francisco went ABOVE AND BEYOND his duties at every opportunity - I am not exaggerating when I say this man personally painted my front porch, emptied my attic because an injury made it hard for me to keep my balance, and spent DAYS on household repairs that saved me THOUSANDS of dollars in repair costs. His Dad even came out of retirement just to help me around the house out of the goodness of his heart. I have NEVER heard of a realtor doing half of the things he happily helped me with, and I am eternally grateful for his astonishing generosity. His expert advice and quick negotiating skills made both the purchase and sale of my house remarkably easy. I recommend Francisco to EVERYONE because he's not only an incredible realtor but also an exceptionally kind person.

Having an agent respond at a timely manner is what keeps this industry moving. Kenneth has been great in both transactions. We received the ratified contracts and got the job done! I have no complaints about his quality of work and would instead praise his attention to detail. Kenneth also does not focus on the commission and leave/disappear after the closing. We had a post-closing issue on whether the sellers had taken bricks from the property. Kenneth took it upon himself (after the seller's agent and seller would not replace the bricks or pay for them) to go to home depot and replace the bricks himself. Furthermore, he has been very accommodating on meeting times and location. He makes it so working with him is easy and flexible. I HIGHLY recommend Kenneth Wang as a realtor in all of DMV area!

While I had the idea in my head for a long time, last year I found myself seriously starting to…read morelook at homes after feeling like I was in the right place financially and life-wise to take this step in my life. Brett and I knew each other growing up, and while we had not had contact in several years, I knew that he was a stand-up guy and I thought I would take a chance and engage him as my realtor as things began to get more serious. I knew from the horror stories of family members how these things can go wrong, and I wasn't sure if it was going to work, but hey...you have to start somewhere. Now I can say emphatically that this decision paid off in ways I could not imagine, and I was impressed beyond belief with the services that Brett provided during the time we spent looking for and eventually purchasing the home that is every bit as perfect for me as I could have dreamed. I had unique requirements. I was looking for something with some history, in a specific location, for the right price. Something within my price range that satisfied my needs and gave me some room to grow in a tough area to find that in. A very tough job...after some searching, less than I anticipated...we found it. I didn't expect to make an offer when I did, but Brett called to let me know that other offers were coming in, and it was now or never for this property we had seen and loved. When I decided to make an offer, it was Brett's advice and experience that structured my offer in a way that beat out two other sellers but without an unnecessary increase in price. We ended up coming in with an accepted offer that was only a touch above the nearest competitor. I don't know much, but in the real estate world, to me, that seems like threading a needle...especially in the area we live in. When I first engaged Brett, he was very upfront about the process, about what to expect, about how this works, and about the ways in which we would navigate this process together. As a first-time homebuyer, this stuff seems scary. In Brett, I found someone who knew how to advise me, help me through the tough parts, and provide valuable insight on the decision I was making which to me was one of the largest decisions of my life to date. What's more is that through the process, he is extremely communicative. You always know where you stand, what you need to be doing, and he will always field that "good lord what am I doing" phone call at any time. I never felt alone or unsupported. I had an agent that was clearly working in my best interest every step of the way. Brett's strategy is about relationships. He builds these relationships with selling agents, inspectors, appraisers, and everyone else you need to go through the process. I got an unreal mortgage rate through Brett's connections, a home inspector who cared and really showed me what I needed to know about the house now and down the road as I continue to maintain it, and an appraisal that was accurate and allowed the deal to move forward. His excellent communication and followed through with the selling agent, and followed-up at the perfect times. He demonstrated a willingness to live up to his end of the deal that won over the selling team quickly and made for a pleasant and meaningful transition from one owner to the other. I can say with no hesitation that through Brett's expertise, experience, and ability to work with others and win them over, that I got the best deal I could ever have possibly gotten. In retrospect...I am blown away. Guys...hire this man. Seriously. You will not regret it.

I met Brandt 6 and half years ago while in traffic court. He stroke a conversation with me and found out I was in the market for purchasing my first home. At the time, he was relatively new to the business, and I knew nothing about home ownership but I put my trust in him as my realtor. While I was at the ripe age of 22, purchasing a home was a huge commitment and he helped my every step of the way. Even after purchasing my condo he has always been helpful resource and has always provided me with tips on renovating, home repairs, and exploring options to upgrade two years ago. 6 and half years later, I ended up not upgrading homes but I moved to the west coast instead. During that time he has still offered to help any way he can. Everything from providing a residential lease form to help me rent out my condo since I wanted to be my own property manager, to finding locksmiths to repair my door, and keeping me updated with any real estate investment opportunities in the DC area. I've seen his business grow over the years but one thing has not changed. His authenticity and his willingness to help his clients has been the reason why I will do business with him in the future and consider him a friend. Brandt's passion in real estate isn't just with helping his clients. He truly is dedicated to understanding the ins and outs of real estate as the market and supporting technology changes. Additionally she left the country during the sale of the house and never told me that she was thousands of miles away for the closing. She said she had "other commitments and would be available by phone for the closing"! In fact, she was in a time zone seven hours ahead of Eastern Time and not readily available at all. She left Dan Metcalf in charge and if I called him, he would tell me that he wasn't the listing broker. The pièce de resistance was him leaving a message with the Title Closing Officer that I "wasn't nice" I have a photo of the message if anyone wants to contact me privately to see it. These people were supposed to be representing me! I had some questions the night before closing and instead of speaking to me, Judi & Tamar responded by threatening me with legal action accusing me of being in breach of contract if I didn't go to the closing in the morning. Gali, the supposed owner, left me a text message or email while I was driving to the closing asking if I was going to the closing and if she should come. I saw it when I arrived at the closing. I responded immediately that I was at the closing. She called a little while later screaming at me that her time was valuable and did I want her to come from Takoma Park to Rockville. I said I did. By the time she arrived the closing was finishing up. She did not say one word to me and no one from this group got in touch to even offer congratulations on the sale of the home.
