I just completed a difficult 2 year divorce, and can do nothing but rave about David and his staff…read more Representation is active and balanced. He effectively plans out a strategy to get you where you want/deserve to be, and then he executes. At every step along the way he explains what needs to be done and why, and is not afraid to debate with his clients to make sure the difficult process moves along toward a successful conclusion. I can say while we disagreed sometimes on the pace and direction of where we were going, he always took the time to explain to me what we were doing and why, and discuss and debate the important issues so that I can confidently state we arrived at the best legal conclusion for a very difficult situation. In court, he is brilliant at explaining the salient points and pointing out lies/discrepancies offered by the opposing party (which happened frequently in my case). We never lost a single of point of substance in the entire process, and his views on what a likely successful settlement would be were pretty much right 12 months before we finally got there after beating back all the crud from the other side. David's primary paralegal, Candice, is a joy to work with. She keeps everything completely organized and every time we went to a court hearing, she had everything right at her fingertips. Could not have been ultimately successful without this team. If you are in this difficult process and not happy with how your case is proceeding, highly recommend you give David a call and see if you can get your case straightened out and your interests protected That's what I did.

Used this firm to assist with a custody modification in what should've been a slam dunk case that…read morecould've been handled with a single hearing. The firm then proceeded to stretch the case out across multiple needless additional court visits over the course of a year for the sole purpose of racking up billable hours and "negotiating" with the other party and their attorney along the way, all while keeping the case away from the judge and out of a hearing because it would've easily and mercifully have ended should that happen. We began to suspect the attorney was mishandling our case and got to the point we felt continuing to use him was actively sabotaging our chances at the proper outcome. In effort to protect ourselves, we later had our case reviewed by another attorney who explicitly told us based on this firm's handling of our case, that's exactly what was happening. Communication was poor and at times outright callous, and at no point did I or my family ever feel this attorney or his firm were looking out for anyone other than themselves and racking up as many billable hours as possible. This firm will rationalize it's attempts to charge hundreds of dollars for simple correspondence as well, from 5 minute phone calls they themselves initiate, to emails no longer than a few sentences and everything in between, so prospective clients beware.

I respectfully brought these concerns up in mediation but she embarrassed and humiliated me calling me unreasonable ( raising her voice), stomping back forth. She laughed at my attorney saying that " All the Judges drink" and "men are just angy", downplaying the problem. My attorney Ad** Bur**** unfortunately did nothing and never stood up for me. She was extremely unprofessional and an absolute slap in the face to a serious problem that one and a half years later affected my son Which proceeded out with a long term TRO. (By the way, dad went straight back to his old ways straight after mediation just As I had told them) After mediation, the ONE thing I fought so hard for That I finally won, was never entered in the MSA By Stephanie Foster. During my vexed state, me and my attorney missed this important piece when reviewing the order (I was very vexed bc I was literally facing 4 powerful people against me) . I spent thousands of dollars trying to get it fixed but nothing came out of it Stephanie Foster was extremely unprofessional and let her emotions get the best of her profession.
