True, lasting healing rarely comes from a pill. But when barriers to the full expression of one's "innate intelligence", the in-born ability to self-heal and self-regulate, are removed, then healing begins.
These barriers to healing include excessive stress, nutritional deficiencies and imbalances, inadequate sleep, poor hydration, insufficient exercise. And central to Chiropractic: spinal alignment abnormalities that interfere with proper nervous system function. Such alignment problems stem from postural stress often associated with our work, past injury, athletic or recreational activities in which we do the same thing day in and day out, and of course auto accidents, heavy lifting, and constant use of computers, tablets, and cell phones!
He uses a huge array of tools to address a myriad of spinal and health conditions. First and foremost, he is well known, even among colleagues, for delivering a highly skilled, precise spinal adjustment. And with 25 years of post-grad training in nutrition, a decade's use of kinesio taping, 25 years of deep tissue work alongside the spinal adjustment, extremity adjusting (treatment for ankles, knees shoulders, elbows and wrists), ample experience in rehabilitative exercises, and stretches, very few conditions aren't readily responsive to his work.
He places strong emphasis on patient education (diet, exercises, stretches, nutritional needs, posture, sleep, stress management) for self-help toward the achievement of true wellness.
