I did have some work done and the staff and dentist were courteous and I have not complaints…read more However, I need my dental care done on Fridays as I am a professional and need that consideration, so I had to cancel. The complaint that I have is that I requested all of my dental records, and for several times, even though I gave my correct email address, I failed to obtain the records. On the third call request, I gave them a different email address and it took a while but I eventually obtained them. My wife had no problem obtaining hers. HOWEVER, and this is a big problem. I received only the xrays. They have records of all of the work done, the drugs used, and would have numerous notes, but I did not receive those. I wonder why I cannot get all of my records. After all, those records are important ones and leaves me wondering why they will not send them. I think at this point, I don't trust them and may need to subpoena them.

Trying to get a partial Have been trying for 3 months…read more Delays every step Was not told about all charges involved in getting a partial from them. Was hit with a $1500 charge without being told upfront. Partial had to go back to the Lab 2 times for correction. Should have stayed at Aspen.
