A close friend of mine hired Mrs. Baird to handle her will and estate planning. While her estate was sizable, there is absolutely no justification for the outrageous $22,000 fee she was charged for what should have been a routine process. It's clear that Mrs. Baird took advantage of the size of the estate rather than charging a fair and reasonable rate. Estate planning requires integrity, transparency, and professionalism--none of which were demonstrated here. I'm posting this review to warn others: ask questions, request detailed estimates, and get a second opinion before trusting this firm with something so important. I sincerely hope this helps prevent someone else from going through the same experience--and that no one else becomes a victim like my friend was.

I was referred to this attorney through a legal service membership and unfortunately never received…read moreany response despite multiple attempts to make contact. I left messages on three separate occasions over the course of a week and did not receive a return call or any follow-up. The only communication I received was an unexpected text message from a generic law office name that did not reference the referral or provide any context for my legal matter. As a business owner, I understand that attorneys are busy, but basic professional courtesy would be to return a call or acknowledge the referral. I had a time-sensitive legal question and was waiting for guidance that never came. Because of the lack of communication, I had to request reassignment to another attorney. Couldn't give a 'Zero' Star, but that would be my recommendation based on this company.
