I was once his client and he yelled at me in a violent manner and made me cry very intensely. (I felt it was because he was my pro bono lawyer; was why he treated me so badly!)Later, my son needed a lawyer and my son paid Mr. Whitney and it was a case where Mr. Whitney obviously accepted bribe monies from the opposing side because my son had paid him just over $1,000 in the fee he said he would take the Case for. At the final hearing he told myself and my son to sit down and shut up!!!!! Not to speak unless spoken to!!! My son was in a divorce case where his ex wife literally ABUSED their child under a year of age and it was very sick abuse In my own personal opinion. "She asked my Son to kill their child"! And my son caught her screaming profusely at the baby and it was all recorded. He even took the baby from her until served to show up in court to explain. Mr. Whitney never once brought up the ABUSE or MULTIPLE admissions to adultery the wife admitted to. The ex wife's parents HAD TO pay off so to speak Whitney & the Guardian because I sat and literally cried in fear for my grandchildren. Nothing at all was put in the final order of her abuse to the baby or anything that should have been. We were to shut up and let the opposing side decide everything in favor of a monster mother! Whitney is a monster too and the system does not care if you kill your children as long as you find a way to hide it. Money did that for this case. Mr. Whitney did not care about my son his client or the children and I hope he feels any suffering that he helped to place the kids I'm over money. Oh and he knows that we know by the way he acts if seen out in public. He won't look and appears really nervous. He is a sick man with poor professional skills and treats woman, like crap! Does not do the job he is paid to do!!!!
