The interaction I had with Mr. McDuffy was great! He was pleasant and prompt. The star of the show, however, was Ana. She is very polite, professional, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was quite delinquent in getting her paperwork she requested weeks prior, and never lost her patience or professionalism. At closing, too, she took the blame for something that was clearly my fault, and kept me from looking like an idiot. That wasn't necessary, but very much appreciated!
