Dr. Ashley never called me with my results or uploaded the results. Instead she insisted for me to come into the office to discuss this matter which I had to pay and additional $193 dollars. During the process called the office numerous times for my results that she refused to discuss over the phone and never called me back. I am still waiting on a call from Dr. Ashley or even a member of her team. After my pain progressing because of her negligence of care I ended up developing an infection which I went into urgent care to be treated. This all could have been avoided if Dr. Ashley was responsive to my care. I have never experienced a process like this and I DO NOT recommend visiting this clinic or this doctor.

I was even going to a location further from my house. JUST 10 days before my appointment THEY cancelled with me. Just shows me they do not care about their clients. Terrible practice. Probably for the best I never have to deal with them again. They have made it very difficult for me to find care before the end of the year. TERRIBLE. Don't book an appointment.

The front desk staff was responsive and helpful, particularly when it came to receiving medical records and scheduling appointments. From my very first visit, I had a fantastic experience: short wait times, a friendly and efficient check‑in, and a genuinely welcoming environment. Parking was great and easy! Dr. Moore was thorough, explanatory, and inquisitive about my medical history. He took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed, which immediately put me at ease. I was nervous about changing providers mid‑pregnancy, but I truly feel like I'm in great hands. Haven offers a small‑town, personal feel even though it's in a big city, something that's hard to find. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Moore and the Haven team to anyone looking for exceptional care.

However, when I later…read morechecked the system, I noticed that my appointment had been moved one week later without my knowledge or consent. I did not call your office to request any change, nor did I receive any confirmation email or phone call regarding this rescheduling. When I contacted your office to ask about this issue, I was told that the change was made at the patient's request, which is incorrect. I clearly stated that I did not request any change and asked how my appointment could be moved without my authorization or notification. Despite this, I was informed that nothing could be done, even though the mistake was not mine. I then politely requested that the staff check with the doctor to see if I could come at any time on my original appointment date, as I am flexible. I was told that the staff member would check with the doctor and call me back. Unfortunately, I never received a call. When I followed up later the same day, I was told that the staff member was still "in a meeting with the provider." When I called again several hours later, I was told to hold, and then informed that she "did not mean to call" me at all. This response was extremely dismissive and disrespectful. As of now, I am still waiting for a callback. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic courtesy from the front desk staff has been very disappointing. This situation reflects very poorly on your office's patient service standards. I hope this matter can be reviewed seriously and corrected as soon as possible. I would appreciate confirmation of my appointment status and an explanation of how this situation occurred.

    Short story: they tried to steal $990 from me, the manager hung up on me when I was fighting it…read more When I spoke to Dr. Whitmore she admitted that I never owed the $990 but blamed it on me and never once showed remorse. Please let this be a lesson to patients to advocate for themselves and always understand their bill and insurance benefits. Long story: I was initially told the total amount billed to insurance was $3300, and I owed $2000 for my deductible and nothing else. That's fine, I understood. Received a second call today stating that I also had a 30% coinsurance so I would also owe an additional $990. They said both the deductible and coinsurance applied at the same time. That is categorically false, and any simple web search will show you that you pay your coinsurance AFTER you meet your deductible. After putting down $2000 towards my bill, the leftover is $1300, and coinsurance is 30% of that amount (only $390). I was explaining this to the manager, who was so rude, said I did not understand, and hung up on me. I proceeded to call my insurance to verify that I was correct, and they said that yes I was correct, but actually I don't even have a coinsurance. So my insurance, myself, and Dr. Whitmore went on a three way call. Dr. Whitmore said "patients don't understand insurance" in a condescending manner, and said that they only planned to charge me $2000. She said that upon verification a second time they saw I never had a coinsurance, but that I never let them explain that to me. I said that they never explained it to me because the manager hung up on me. She tried to justify this by saying I was accusing them of illegal activities. I never said that, but sounds like a guilty conscience to me. Trying to charge an extra $990 with no justification IS illegal. Even if I had a coinsurance it would have never been that amount. Dr. Whitmore showed no remorse, no apology, nothing, so the call ended pretty shortly after. I canceled my appointment immediately.

    Dr. Hawkins is wonderful. About a year and a half ago, I was diagnosed with a large fibroid…read more(squishing my bladder and causing other issues) and the recommendation was to get a hysterectomy. I talked to four different surgeons and, as expected, had a range of responses (everything from minimally invasive robotic surgery that Dr. Hawkins was able to perform, to a full vertical cut that would likely take 8+ weeks to recover from.) Dr. Hawkins was able to do the minimally invasive surgery (and I'm recovering really well!) Beyond that, she was so incredibly kind, reassuring, and helpful. I had some specific fears around a procedure that was required for insurance that she helped me through. She also gave really good, solid information and was quick to reply to questions on the portal. Surgery was better than I expected, despite the fact that she found a few extra issues (and took the time to deal with them for me during surgery - e.g., endometriosis). My primary doctor went through the surgery report with me and pointed out the things she did that, to him, indicated the quality of the surgery/surgeon. I also found her staff to be really helpful in getting through all of the steps that led up to the surgery. They've documented everything and send you the PDF beforehand. It's a little overwhelming/confusing, but they also send a few reminders leading up to the surgery to make sure you're on track. I was a little overwhelmed leading up to the surgery, but glad for the extensive written directions about what to expect and referred back to the document a LOT (I still have it open on my computer, to check out the post-op directions from time to time). In the end, I'm really glad that I took the time to talk with several doctors and glad that I found Dr. Hawkins. I very much appreciated her kindness, ability to help me through a difficult/stressful procedure, quick responses, and her surgical skill. Highly recommend talking to her if you're in a similar position!
