We have been receiving services from Mr. Dugan for over ten years. Since the start of our first business, successful State audits, second business, etc, etc. Mr. Dugan remained consistently patient, knowledgeable, approachable and most importantly a grand teacher. Not only did we receive tax services, we received a wealth of information regarding all of our business dealings. Despite the many questions and "what if's", we had starting our endeavors, Mr. Dugan never wavered. He patiently explained beyond the procedure. Mr. Dugan provided the reason and background for the governments requirement. Instead of simply adhering to a requirement, we understood the internet of the requirement. We will never be able to repay Mr. Dugan for sharing his experience and insight. Our outcomes would have been very different without his guidance. For proof of the above, check out his son Nick Dugan, CPA at the same location. He is just like his dad!

This year I was given a Proposed Tax Assessment from the IRS for nearly $4,000 because of an input error he made for the 2008 tax year. From our initial consultation, it was evident that Laura is a consummate professional and an expert in her field. Her team consistently and promptly responded to my inquiries, helping me stay calm and focused through the personal ups and downs of the process. Handling an emotional situation with the utmost precision and a level of care is crucial, especially in a case like mine, which involved 10 beneficiaries spread across different states, and the liquidation of real estate and assets. As I don't reside in CA it put me at ease knowing and was able to do all of this remotely with Laura and her team managing everything with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all legal aspects were thoroughly addressed. My respect for this team is immense, as they kept the process streamlined and completed everything within a very reasonable timeline (about one year). They adeptly navigated some unusual Trust requests from my aunt and directed me to other highly qualified professionals for real estate sales and Trust taxes. While I hope I won't need Estate Representation in California again, Velasco Law Group and Laura would be my first call if the need arises. If you're uncertain, take it from someone who has been through the process--they are experts and worth every penny. My sanity thanks them eternally.

The case provided many challenges due to the petitioner's repetitive filings. Additional challenges occured due to the court not clearly stating the hearing dates. We had to appear many times and George Kelly's firm was always ready to follow thru with the case. The level of difficulty we had to overcome was evident by the fact the petitioner had gone thru three lawyer offices prior to their case being dismissed due to Mr. Kelly's very skilled handling of my responses and his demonstration of his vast knowledge of evidentiary law. A final hearing regarding a final family matter will begin soon. I am looking for to see how George T. Kelly interact's with the petitioner's 4th legal team. He stopped providing me legal assistance after I would not let him massage my feet. 2. He lied about his relationship with my ex-husband's attorney. He told me he barely knew him. That was untrue. They graduated from the same school for both undergraduate and graduate school. He joked with me about going to the same small bar in Seal Beach that both my ex-husband and his attorney frequent. When I last asked to engage his services, he said, "I do not want to start that mess with Gene again." He definitely lied to me when we meet. 3. He pressed me to sign temporary orders by telling me they could be easily changed, which is untrue therefore I gave my ex-husband 1/2 of a pre-marital 401K. 4. He told me every week me from July to December he was preparing my Request for Order. He never filed and since he had all my money I had to represent myself. I have not seen my daughters in 3 years. I am positive that my decision to use this attorney was a tremendous mistake. Buyer PLEASE Beware!!!!!!!!
