Even the way he gives shots of novocaine is innovative and I couldn't feel getting them. He isn't a beat around the bush doctor, he got in and got the job done. I cannot explain all his procedures, but he is a good man. He is approachable, and down to earth. I went to several dentists prior to him, none of them would pull my bad teeth. One dentist had given me 3 appointments for extractions but each time I showed up he had a different excuse as to why he couldn't pull the teeth on that day. And thank GOD he did not--- Turns out I had a special problem, as one of my roots was long enough to have grown into the lower part of my nasal cavity. However, Dr. Elloway took care of the problem and it's doing fine! He was even so courteous as to call this evening to make sure I was doing alright. What a jewel we have right here in Red Bluff, CA.....

His staff is friendly, educated and efficient They are genuinely concerned about you. Dr Peters is current in his knowledge and his office is equipped with the best technology available. This matters because the technology is only an aid, without Dr Peters skill the technology means little Dr Peters has preformed 1000s of procedures on fully satisfied patients , myself included. I'd been so nervous to go to a dentist because I hadn't been in years due to a lack of insurance and the cost, so I was so scared of what they'd need to do and of being made to feel bad for my teeth. None of that happened. Dr. Kan and her staff were so sweet and understanding. Dr. Kan was so careful and managed to save all my teeth. Something I didn't think was possible! She went so far out of her way to make me feel beautiful again and to give me a smile I could be proud to show. I never thought I'd be able to smile again unless I got dentures, but Dr. Kan completely made over my teeth with composite, and she gave me a beautiful smile without charging me a fortune. When she showed me my smile for the first time, I cried and hugged her and the hygienist! Lol I'll never go anywhere else. They have a patient for life in me. I can't thank them enough for giving me my smile back! Thank you, Dr. Kan!! I also edited to add that I've never had to wait more than 2 minutes in the waiting room. They get you in right away, and Dr. Kan has always been in the room and working on my teeth within 10 minutes of me walking in the door. That's really important to me because I have bad anxiety, and waiting in waiting rooms exacerbates it severely, so I'm very appreciative of how quickly they get you in and get to work! It's always a pleasant experience and the staff is amazing. When I first became a patient, Dr. Rojas was able to successfully replace a crown that I had done almost 20 years ago, when my old dentist office said the tooth would need to be removed, due to how much of the original tooth was left. And for the first time in years, my teeth are no longer sensitive to cold temperatures. We have since had our child and he is now a patient. I recommend him to everyone that needs a dentist.

I was a patient of Dr. Clarks for decades; the last time I saw Dr. Clark was in 2010; 16 years ago. I moved from Red Bluff and stopped going to Dr. Clark. Last year (2025) I received a phone call from his office asking for my address; nothing else, just me address, I thought I was going to get something in the mail about Dr. Clark's retirement. NO, I got a bill in the mail for $54.00 + interest and stating was over120 days past due. I have not been to Dr. Clark's office since 2010; over 16 years, I was never contacted (clearly they had my phone #) and NOW after 16 years they want me to pay $54.00 + interest? Absolutely NOT! 1) The Dental office never sent me a bill (I had a forwarding address on file with USPS). 2) The Dental office never called me (I had the same phone number AND they called me in 2025). But never attempted to call me in the 16 years beforehand. 3) The Dental office had 4 years to collect (from 2010 to 2014) they contacted me in 2025 - EXCEEDING the statute of limitations for collections in California.

I saw Dr. Ramos today. He is tender and gentle. I had a rotten, nasty, tooth on the bottom left…read moreside of my mouth. It caused so much pain for so many months. The dental technician Natasha was so sweet, she spent so much time telling me what to expect once my tooth is pulled, how long it should take to heal. I had went to another Dentist before, he had a beautiful office, all new medical equipment; but he was an arrogant, narcissist, bossy jerk. My infection was so bad it took 3 rounds of anti-biotics to kill it, and still there was some nasty stuff in there Dr Ramos had to scrap out when the tooth finally came out. And the first dentist wanted me to sit in the chair until he pulled the tooth out. No way are you supposed to pull a tooth when it's that infected. Germs can go up my nasal cavity, down my throat, I voted for keeping the germs local and getting anti-biotics. To which he wrote me an Rx and sent me on my way.
