I was surprised at how simple and easy it was to get my toenails done and then to get them scheduled for another visit with no problem at all and I really like this place and I would recommend family and friends go there especially if you're diabetic.

The podiatrist recommended a temporary orthotic (When I asked about the ultrasound, he said that wouldn't work, and that the only thing that works is surgery; Everything I've read online from medical journals and hospital/clinics said that surgery is only necessary in 10 percent of cases) He said that he would see me a month later. and that if it wasn't better, he would do a permanent orthotic. Well, they called me a while before my next appointment and told me that my insurance wouldn't cover any more visits. I spoke to my insurance, and they assured me that I was covered for as many visits as I wanted. When I spoke to Cascade again and told them what my insurance said, they said they were being told it was not covered. I asked them to call my insurance and ask about it , but they refused to do so and asked for a reference number from my insurance. I told them my insurance says I don't need one, but they still refused to call my insurance and handle it that way. Apparently this business does not care about their patients or being paid. What a waste of my time!

Since that time I have been treated with respect and courtesy every time I visit or call, and have never had any problems with The Doc or his staff. Moving to N. California for a couple of years I was forced to see a different podiatrist who could not offer the quality of service I received at Santiam Foot Clinic. I was very glad to return to Oregon and reconnect with this office. My wife is also a patient here, and has also received great care. Dr. Callahan always asks me about her during my visits, and is always friendly and caring. He enjoys his job and loves people, and it shows in his behaviour. You can expect to be regaled with a variety of stories while he tends to your digits and I frequently find myself in near hysterics at his tales, but this never detracts from the medical professionalism with which we are treated. Whenever I visit I'm greeted warmly and professionally at the front desk, and when I've had billing questions (which has been rare) they've been handled courteously.

She racially profiled a patient and refused to listen when I tried to explain that, as the administrator of a self-funded Taft-Hartley (union) plan, only certain people have access to my records. Ever heard of PHI or HIPAA? Clearly not--especially given some of your unprofessional responses to negative reviews. To make matters worse, she refused to see the patient despite a valid insurance ID card, falsely claiming it was "expired." It wasn't. The date on the card simply indicated when it was last revised. But rather than admit her mistake, they doubled down and refused service. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs. If this is how they treat patients before even stepping into the exam room, I can only imagine how careless they are with actual medical care.

Yet after their care, each time I leave in excellent shape. Considering I am now 70, that is terrific. First time I went was to their Keizer office, where I was under the direct and excellent treatment by Dr. Craig Hawkins, the company's owner. For my first visit to Pinnacle, just getting out of my car to walk into their front door was excruciating, taking minutes longer than normal. I had L1-L4 moderately-herniated discs in my lower back. Could only lift about 5 pounds without severe pain. True it took months of care, and my doing my exercises diligently every day, but when I left there, I could and still can walk miles, even on uneven ground, without any pain. In fact now I can lift up to 50+ pounds easily. I first said goodbye to Pinnacle PT about 2 years ago, but returned to their Dallas office this past fall, this time for an arthritic, partly-frozen shoulder with bone spurs. Now months later, under the primary care from my outstanding Physical Therapist Ron Knight, with help from other very capable therapists and assist staff, my shoulder is so much better. With again daily exercising on my part, I now can do all I need to, and I am about 90% pain fee -- with my arthritis and bone spurs preventing my being 100% free. Just a few more visits until I am discharged. Day to day operations at the Dallas office are highly and capably managed by their Office Manager Alexis. She keeps all the staff and patients totally and efficiently organized, and does so with a smile and a helpfulness that is wonderful. I hope I do not have to go back for a third "repair," but if I do, I know I would again get excellent therapeutic care from superb professionals who care about their patients. If you need physical therapy, I recommend highly that Pinnacle Physical Therapy is where you go.

The staff has trained and practiced Acupunture here and in China, so tons of clinical experience. The office is a renovated old schoolhouse, which is beautiful and serene. Other patients rave about their health improvements in the clinic waiting room. They have another clinic in Portland open Friday afternoon and Saturdays. I called, and they said it would probably be six months before I could get in. I said no problem. They called back the next day with a cancellation, and I was able to get in on that Friday. I met with Benson, a very nice and caring person, and explained how the procedure would go. I went once a week for six weeks. Then I had to travel, so I was away also; I had used up what insurance would cover. He made some good suggestions which I implemented, but probably the best thing I did was the week-long vacation that I stayed off it. It still bothers me from time to time, but I have ways of making it work. The place they have their services in is a one-hundred-year-old building, which is charming but has uneven floors if that is a concern of yours. Also, I tried to never use the restroom facilities there, as the sink was lined with dirt and the toilet wasn't much better. They have a lot of people still masking (which is fine; I totally understand that), but they apparently aren't concerned with the dirt you can see. One oddity I observed was that the needles were put in my hand, but as I was lying on the table, Benson would use my stomach as a place to hold his supplies until he needed them. Do you know how awkward it is to have someone grab things off of your stomach to use in a procedure? I probably should have said something, but I thought it was a one-off until it happened again. So, the procedures themselves were good but probably need to fine-tune a few things.

I was a weekly patient at that practice, and unhappy but had only had that kind of chiropractic care in the past and didn't know something less invasive and more gentle existed. Until I started seeing Dr. Crockett. His approach is the opposite of what I'm used to, and I no longer dread chiropractic care. Dr. Crockett's methods are gentle, safe and very effective, and he uses technology to help guide interventions, which makes sense in these modern times. Dr. Crockett's office staff are professional, friendly, and will do their best to get me in at a moment's notice, something I greatly appreciate. To start with, Dr. Wallace was very responsive and able to get me in quickly. His office is less than 15 minutes from my home, on the corner of 13th & Waller (new location). After completing the standard healthcare paperwork, we talked about my issues and did a short seated spine evaluation. He assessed my range of motion and pain before I laid down on the exam table. Dr. Wallace was able to pinpoint the causes of my most recent pain, noting that my right hip was twisting opposite of my spine and my left side was compensating for the torn ACL in my right knee. The first step in healing was to get on the table to begin adjusting my spine. The exam table collapsed to allow for appropriate pressure to be applied to move things back where they belonged. It had been such a long time since my last treatment, it was evident that it would take some time and attention for my pain to be alleviated. I felt reassured and validated knowing that my back was a mess but not something that couldn't be helped. I held quite a bit stiffness due to past injuries, but was pleasantly surprised after the adjustment and stretching of my spine. I left the office without pain and am beyond pleased after my first visit, knowing we have a treatment plan in mind. I'm certain I'll be back to 'normal' in no time!

I physically went to their place of business where the gift certificate was purchased and now I see they have moved out and have not left a forwarding address on the door or with the property leasing office. Their phone numbers are still connected but they do not respond to the many messages that I have left. In sort, THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY.
