Been missing my favorite place to hang out on the weekends. But the remodel was well worth it. The staff is amazing. Fun place to drink.

The Conductor Club - The "I smell Ice Cream" themed drink looks like a fun ice cream sundae but was actually a very indulgent adult cocktail.

I love The Conductor Club! I have been here for 4 different themes (Camp Crystal Lake, How The…read moreConductor Club Stole Christmas, Jurassic Island, Home Alone) and have enjoyed every experience so far! This is our go-to pop-up bar and always look forward to seeing what theme they come out with next. The service has always been exceptional (even waiting a bit for our next drink has never bothered us because usually it is only 1-3 employees working the pop-up). The drinks are always so good, and very strong. They kind of have a similar guideline each theme but we end up trying 4-6 drinks between the two of us each time. I love that they include standard size drinks, shots, and usually a punchbowl for two drink. They usually serve a cocktail from old themes too which is cool for people that may have missed out or really love that specific drink. I've gotten the chance to chat with some of the bartenders during these and they are just so fun to talk to. They really seem to enjoy their work and put real effort into the cocktail recipes. We've eaten here almost every time we've come to a pop-up and love that you can get food from Pierpont's. The food is definitely pricey but thankfully, everything has always been really delicious. The décor for the most part has always been 10/10 for me as most of the evening my eyes are exploring every inch of the room looking for more fun details. I do hope they keep improving the themes/décor because not every single theme has been as good as others - but even the worst of the 4 I've been to was still high level! Overall, I love The Conductor Club and it is one of my absolute favorite bars - definitely favorite pop-up bar. The drinks and food are on the more expensive side of things so these pop-ups to us are really a treat and something we do a few times a year only. I definitely think anyone that has interest in pop-up bars, themed bars, or anything similar should go here at least once and really enjoy everything offered. Also, yes there is a small reservation fee but considering they mention this goes to the Union Station Preservation Fund, I am more than happy to pay it.

They were helpful on picking some food items as well as drinks. The drinks were well balanced and the food was accurately described. Knowing it's from pierpont, I knew it would be good! I will definitely be keeping an eye on the future themes to join in on in the future!

Very cool speakeasy vibe in the Crossroads! If you're looking for a place with well drinks and…read morepitchers of beer, then this is *not* your place. No, Swordfish Tom's is only serving up handcrafted cocktails, and generally off of their particularly killer menu. Drinks are artisanal, they take a little extra time to prepare, and they are absolutely smashing! Owner Jill has all the talents with both mixology and design and the unique taste comes through each time. Hoist your drink and find a comfy seat, or maybe a dimly lit corner table just for two. Just know that it is CASH ONLY (and there is an ATM on site) and the drinks will run you upwards of $15 or so. Each one is very well worth it, and you're there for a specific ambience, so pony up and enjoy. If you don't know that the entrance is in the alley off of 19th, then you will miss it altogether. Great space, great atmosphere, and outstanding cocktails.

The bar is downstairs and a speakeasy feel, with the entrance being in an alley. It feels hidden! There are paintings of nautical creatures/ animals on the walls as you're entering. The space itself is smaller, and from what I've been told they do a great job on regulating crowd size with their wait area. They have very specific craft cocktails. While they didn't have a traditional dirty martini that I enjoy, the bartender recommended something and offered to remake it for me if I didn't enjoy it. It's a really unique space that anyone would enjoy- definitely check it out.
