Wilkinson is one of those places that may not look too pretty but what it misses out on in terms of appearances it makes up for with good offers on everyday items.
Not sure I should mention brands here, but for example if you buy a well known deodrant from some shops you pay alot of money when you compare it to what it goes on sale for here. And as it is a standard product, the same wherever you get it from, why not come here for those type of things on your weekly shopping list and save a few £££.
This one is located in Carlton Square shopping precinct, which means it has the advantage over its other branches in the town centre that you can drive here and park only yards from the entrance. Handy if you are buying anything particularly heavy or large.
But the shopping precinct is looking very tired in general and looks like it has not changed since the day it was built (presumably in the 70's if not before). So for price and products it is great, just dont expect a glamorous looking place. read more
