There is plenty of…read moreparking here and so suitable for that out of town shopping experience, it also easy to reach by just following Plains Road out of Nottingham. There are several sections to the centre, ranging from the indoor/home section, fish and aquarium, plants, trees and everything else you would expect to find from a good garden centre. I can not really rave on too much about a Garden Centre otherwise I will be admitting to not having much of a life. So I will leave it that it gives you what you would want, has a good range of products and when we have actually asked for help there we have found the people very knowledable on their subjects and keen to help.

Went to Brookfields garden centre today I found the plants that I wanted were reasonably priced…read more Went to the restaurant, we both had jacket spuds, I had cottage cheese and pineapple, and Hubby had cheese 'n' beans, the plates had plenty of salad on as well, the meals were very enjoyable and filling, we also had tea and coffee, which was also enjoyable after all the walking around the garden centre ( inside and out) we shall definitely be going again.

Liked his little catchphrase I've been selling carpets in Arnold for over 20 years and I can still walk round with my head held high! Reasonably priced, maybe slightly more expensive than the average but free fitting and underlay offer helps. Happy with our carpet from here.

B&Q is great for anything DIY. We bought a kitchen from there recently when they had a 15% off…read moreweekend on. Although we had to wait a while to sit down with a member of staff to work out what we wanted, it was good service when we did. They took our measurements and designed it in front of our eyes on a purpose built CAD system. They could even redraw it in 3D and add lighting from any direction and show us what it would like it in colour. Amazing! Our delivery didn't arrive on time though and I had to ring the store and chase it. Not so good on the after sales!
