Really good Wilkinson shop. It's huge, and has a big home section downstairs. Usually has good bargains. I bought my christmas tree here last year and it was a good quality tree but was on sale so was a fantastic bargain. read more

First week in April we bought an LG OLED TV from the Huddersfield Curry'. The young Man who…read moreservered us was absolutely fantastic his name was Sam. Just like the TV advert very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Today I called into Curry's to get some help on setting up my ( Magic Remote) unfortunately Sam was not working. I enquired at the service desk and was pointed to a young lady who was by the TV section. She was very pleasant but unfortunately did not have the information I required. She then took me to the Vision Manager, who was the person who had sent me to her in the first place. She explained the problem I had. To be perfectly honest. He was the complete opposite to the help and service I received from Sam, and the service I received from the Young lady who was trying to help. He did not want to get involved at all. He should sit down watch the Currys TV advert And be more customer friendly
This is the largest Currys store in Huddersfield, unlike the one located in the Kingsgate shopping…read morecentre it also sells household appliances and smaller kitchen items. The variety of products is average, but not bad. An very annoying thing is that the alarms on the laptops go off very often making a loud and irritating noise, ruining the shopping experience. Also the some of the staff hasn't got the appropriate knowledge that you would expect form a person that works in a shop that sells electronics - one of the ladies didn't know what a tablet is. All in all it's not a bad place to see a product you might buy from Amazon.

I'm guessing the first one is plain stupid (well stupid is as stupid does) so I got y sorry looking butt down to Red Brick Mill. What a pleasant find it is too. They pride themselves on some of the North's leading contemporary designers and their furniture is sheer class. They are home to 35 cutting-edge designers and there is enough inspiration to keep even my motor mouth quiet for an hour or so. If you want to jazz up your lounge, no problem. Slick and chic sofas sit along side funky tables. You'll even find plush flooring, cookware and gifts. It's quite pricey but sometimes money does buy taste and it shows here. Add to that four cafes to refresh those flagging shopping legs and it's worth a punt. A definite reason to venture into Batley and spruce up the house in your life.

This just encourages people to queue jump and there were no pre warning notices. It was agreed that I sit down only for the other to say the same thing, equally as abrupt and surly. The stroganoff was advertised as just that. It was not said what it came with. I rather liked the roast potatoes and veg rather than rice. Rice was plonked on the plate without asking and pots were only added grudgingly. The place was full. They did not seem to care. Complacent would be a good way to describe them. The food was good. The customer service is very poor indeed.
