Let me preface this with saying that my 78 year old mom was the client. When I say that mouth is rude, it is an understatement, hence I'm the only family member of hers still in her life. Janina was patient and understanding with my mom and I appreciate that. Janina was amazing, from start to finish, executing the seamless sell & purchase, times to perfection. She has partners and contacts that do everything! Inspections, repairs, lawyers, mounting a tv, cleaning the house, packing & moving and plenty more! I'm up Next and will soon be selling & buying (divorce). I'm easier to deal with than my mom, so I'm sure it will go seamlessly. Trust me, you only need Janina. She works her ass of for her percentage and I appreciate her

She also clearly knew her stuff and was incredibly knowledgeable about the process, explaining every step along the way. I was selling my home after moving out of state, and so I needed to have confidence it was being left in good hands. Janina not only made the process smooth and stress free with the sale, but she also offered to help donate things if I couldn't find a home for them before moving (I was on a tight timeframe). Further, she did a great job staging my home to look amazing. And lastly, she went above and beyond by swinging by the property frequently to clear a frozen condensation pipe so the furnace would keep running while the house was empty. If you're stressed with picking the right realtor to help you buy or sell a home, stop worrying about it and go with Janina. You're not going to find someone more incredible at what they do, and you'll get a personal touch and expertise that makes the whole process a breeze.

***A MUST READ IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING ON BUYING A HOME IN THE TRIAD AREA***…read more My wife and I have gone through two home purchases with Jason Bragg and LRB over the past few years. Not only was he incredibly flexible and willing to listen to what we were looking in our family home, but he would consistently go out of his way to make sure that we were cared for. Jason is willing to do what ever it takes to ensure you feel comfortable in your home purchasing/selling decisions and is willing to guide you in the proper direction if you are feeling stuck. He is also one that allows the client to make the majority of the decisions if they are comfortable with their plan. We have had the opportunity to purchase our first home, sell that home and purchase another with LRB. The marketing this team is by far the best in the area with top quality pictures, walking tours and the strongest name to use in the Triad. You will get more views and substantially more for your house by using Leonard Ryden Burr. We CONSISTENTLY hear the fantastic experiences other home owners have had with LRB and I strongly encourage you to use them on your next home sale/purchase.

I told the plumber I needed to use the bathroom, and I LOCKED the door. Plumber burst into the bathroom while I was sitting on the toilet! WTAF?!?! I called about dead trees on the property, I emailed, called again: NOTHING. When my neighbor called a week later, they sent people to remove one dead tree, and only one. The appliances are 4th rate, like the fans in the kitchen and bathroom don't really work. They refused to put railings on the stairs. The communication with them (when they respond) is very threatening! It's been a horrible experience. He reneged on my yearly lease, using disappearing emails - because he knows he's a liar and a thief. Why else would he use emails that vanish?? He knows he's a liar and a thief. He charges $200 a month for my rent to come through their portal - nothing could be more convenient for them, but they are greedy bullies. I've been an easy tenant, but he's been nothing but rude and greedy. I'm sorry I ignored the other bad reviews - which seem to disappear like his emails haha! TLDR avoid them like the plague! Which they might give you, because they refuse to wear masks in my home, despite my being disabled.

The rental process was fast, Ms. Tara was always helpful and answered my questions quickly, and I was able to easily make my rental payment online. The building was kept clean, and I couldn't hear much noise from my neighbors, except for the occasional sounds from a practicing musician, which I didn't mind. The location truly cannot be beat, especially if you like to grab takeout from the local restaurants or pick up basic groceries at Washington Perk across the street. Having Camino Bakery just downstairs was such a bonus, especially on lazy days when I didn't want to make my own coffee and I wanted a sweet treat. The parking lot is a short walk away, but it's not too bad for city parking. The rooftop pool is a vibe! The gym is a nice perk, but I didn't use it much. FYI, my security deposit was returned pretty quickly, which was appreciated. I miss my time here, and I'd rent here again in a heartbeat.

They coordinated with me for nearly two months ahead of my move, stayed responsive throughout the process, and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome before I even arrived. The apartment is beautiful, everything that needed attention was repaired before move-in, and the building has been wonderful so far. I also want to specifically recognize Carlos Pledger and his business, Consistent Cleaning Today. Although the business name includes cleaning, Carlos provided an incredible white-glove moving, delivery coordination, and home setup experience for my out-of-state move. He received my packages before I arrived, transported everything to my apartment, assembled large furniture items, coordinated directly with property management, and made sure every detail was handled with care. This is the second time I have worked with Carlos, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is a Winston-Salem local, incredibly professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely committed to making the entire experience as smooth as possible. For anyone moving from out of state, or anyone who would benefit from moving support, delivery coordination, assembly, and home setup services, Carlos and his team are outstanding. Between Tara, Rodney, and Carlos, my move into Nissen Building Apartments was smoother than I could have imagined. I'm very grateful and have had a wonderful experience so far.

I lived in the complex for close to 10 years and saw it go through multiple rounds of management…read morecompany's an this one really takes the cake. First of all it's not worth the price. We used to pay 665 a month and not they have upped it to close to 1000 all together. And this is what you are getting for this price. The place is really old and plagued with constant air conditioning issues, my ceiling caved in 3 times in my master bedroom due to the unit leaking. Two of the times I contacted maintenance as soon as I saw a wet spot on the ceiling and all they did was come an touch the ceiling and tell me it was fine. Didn't even go in the attic. It floods. Any heavy rain an water is pouring into your unit. Even the office floods. The old company would go get us sand bags before a heavy rain to put at our back door. This one just lets it happen. And deals with it after but they let it sit till the smell makes you sick. The apartment complex right next to it has a really bad reputation and there is a path through the woods that leads right to this place so you are plagued with constant car break ins in the spring and summer. Even with a cop living there it does not deter them. They hit his car too. God forbid you need to get in touch with them for anything. They never answer the phone or call you back. I would have to call the office multiple times leave messages and call the sister site and leave messages. My best advice when calling is immediately call an be freaking out if you have to leave a message. Hope you like hanging fly paper, cause spring and summer this area has flys so bad due to the creek that it is almost impossible to keep them out of your house. Now they are townhouse at little creek As stated before this place is very old an is not sealed properly any longer mice get in every now an then. It's not hard to manage with a trap but if I'm paying close to 1000 dollars I'm going to need them to do something about that. All you get perk wise is a pool and a sad excuse for a dog park. In short don't waste your time or money. You can't buy a place that only charged 665, pull the carpet, put in cheap stainless steel appliances and throw a coat of paint on it an expect it to be worth 1000. If you are going to pay that much for this caliber of place I recommend the The gardens at country club. There you atleast get a walking train, 4 pools, tennis court, a impressive dog park, a huge play ground that wasn't just thrown together, a nice gym, Internet cafe, and a nice laundry center.

I was told 2-3 weeks before move in date that it may be a problem with my move in date once I told them that they have known about my move in date since March they said they would try to work something out I asked them if they couldn't please give me ample amount of time so I can look for something else. Her response was I was I worked something out and Everything will be ready. The day before my move in date I received an email asking could they have one more day to get everything finished. The next day get another email asking can I come after lunch because they needed to clean I agreed even though my I was scheduled for a furniture delivery. Arrive at the apartment at 12 it's dirty maintenance is putting the stove in, it's dirt all the floor bathrooms aren't clean walls are dirty. When I asked inquired about cleaning to maintenance he said he would sweep but they mopped this morning. Walked through unit cabinets handles sticky some didn't close the back door wouldn't open sounded like something was stuck in the garbage disposal it's files on walls and windows and a lot more. The manager was so assuring that everything would be ready even though apparently they only had a 5 day turn around to get everything ready which could of been avoid if she had of said up front we will not be able to accommodate your move in date anymore. Over all I asked for a refund which was provided but now I'm out of a place and lost 2 days of work, have to cancel deliveries of furniture and other things that have to be put in place when moving. **Update*** they did not return my full security deposit!!!! They added charges to my deposit when I never moved in! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!
