Don't be fooled into thinking this is a small shop - they have an upstairs but the escalator is at the back of the shop. Best thing in here is the pick n mix - VERY cheap compared to places like Woolies!

It sells pretty much everything you need from beauty products, toys, pet food to decorating products and bathroom fittings and everything is at very reasonable prices. It has also started selling food in the last year when before it just used to sell sweets. The store does have a lift but it is hidden away so elderly customers might not know about it and its a shame they do not have a till upstairs too but otherwise i really enjoy shopping here as i can get anything i need.

The hot bakery section is particularly good in my opinion for hot pies etc. The fruit and veg are always nicely displayed and pricing seems comparable to other Supermarkets. The only thing i found them to be more expensive on was the fresh meat, i couldn't find any cheaper cuts and ended up going into Tesco on the way home. It may have been that i wasn't used to the shop and not looking in the right place or that i just picked a bad time. The shop is light and airy and the aisles are quite roomy which makes pushing a trolley around quite easy.

Their veg and fruit is always very fresh and lasts for ages and they do have some great offers ion once in a while. They are not the cheapest supermarket around, but they do have some very nice products. I was after some vitamins supplements for the family and someone said to go here because Morrisons were the cheapest. I did some research myself and did find that fact to be true. No more going to the other supermarkets of Boots for vitamins.

The customer service is brilliant. They are more expensive than other places but it is certainly worth it: their food tastes amazing and their clothes will last you a long time. Keep a look out for offers in the press, as there are usually some about. They also have a restaurant and a quick stop coffee bar, which is all very nice. This is a really nice and modern M&S and it is an enjoyable place to shop.

It's not the products, it's the attitude here, and the lack of consideration for anyone who is not walking along without any encumbrances. This store is laid out so badly in places that it's inaccessible to anyone in a wheelchair, or with a pushchair, and in some places it's so bad that if you even have a bag that you're carrying you'll have difficulties accessing things. The section by the main entrance isn't too bad, it's where all the concession stands are, and they're fairly easy to access and there's space around each one which is fine. It's when you go deeper into the store that the problem starts. The display units are shoved so closely together that it becomes impossible to get between half of them, and the staff here don't seem to care and aren't interested in helping either.
