Although Dr. Wilkins knew what she was doing and helped me feel better, she was not friendly, and was not a good listener. They also were not upfront about the cost. I was told it would be $50 for an adjustment, but when I got there they did some electro magnetic therapy on my hip that was bothering me, then said it would be an additional $50 to get adjusted- which I thought was all included in the adjustment, no one told me any different before starting the procedure. I then told her I would pay the additional money because I wanted to be in alignment for when I gave birth in four weeks. She adjusted me, then as she walked out of the room tells me 'yeah, that's not going to hold for the next four weeks, you'll need to come in at least once a week until your due date', and walked out of the room. While I understand why it wouldn't hold through pregnancy, I wish she would have taken more time to listen to my main reason for getting adjusted, and informed me on my options before she took my money and doubled my expected bill. I do not plan to go back again- Dr. Wilkins definitely needs to work on her people skills. read more
