One star is giving this guy and company too much credit. 4 years to build a pool and still not completed. Constant excuses and terrible work. even admitted to using the money I paid him to do other pools. Had multiple leaks, he didn't follow directions on the design. Forgot to install Jets, then said he couldn't get them, but forgot he told me two years before he had them. He used the cheapest possible materials for the skimmer baskets and covers and the cool deck cracked immediately, redone and cracked within a couple of days. Not to mention how they made a complete mess and causing me to have to sand and restain wood from their carelessness. Also his auto fill solution was elementary and of course, broke. The drains weren't even centered and the spa is crooked. Definitely advise NOT to use this place! read more
