We have shopped furniture stores from Atlanta, GA to Greenville, SC to Highpoint, NC, and this is the store that stood out and above the others. From their large warehouse, you can "shop the store" or order your own custom furniture. Their customer service and sales people are friendly and are willing to assist you with all of your purchases. We worked with several sales associates, but the one that went over and above helping us was Molly. She not only helped us but also assisted my sister-in-law, who is also new to the area, with their furniture selections for her entire house, and it all turned out beautifully. We will definitely be back to furnish our walk out basement when the time comes! Great selection, great prices, amazing sales staff. You won't go wrong purchasing from this company!

Never had an issue with safety. The apartment was clean. The value is tremendous. Rent is insanely affordable. The size of the apartment was HUGE. Utilities were standard. Noise was as expected, but never an issue. Staff was super helpful and friendly, and they actually care about you as a person! The complex is 5 min. away from Golds Gym, plenty of restaurants and grocery stores, and only about 11 min. from Anderson University. Our entire experience at The Hamptons was about as perfect as it gets. I highly recommend it, especially for college students looking for affordable living that isn't far from anything.

I met her at an open house and after a couple of calls we headed out to see properties. I was relocating to Anderson from Chicago and had loads of questions but never did I feel rushed or as if I was pestering her. She made herself very available and worked around my schedule. We were under contract 3x in total (a couple of tricky inspections) and while she didn't tell me what decisions to make, she insured I had all of the information to make the decision myself. AnnaKate also scheduled everything for me- home inspection, termite inspection, the works! I've never experienced that and it made the process so much easier as a working professional. If there was constructive feedback to give, I'd give it. But it's been a delight, from the open house to closing. I walked away with a beautiful home (that I purchased under what it appraised for btw) and a new friend!
