I had written down the names of two arrangements that I was thinking about getting and asked the woman I spoke to on the phone from flower garden about them. She responded that "we don't use names, we use order numbers. If you look up the order number I can help you." Being away from my computer, I explained what the arrangments looked like. She told me she could only accomodate one of the descriptions, even though both of them came from her webite! She again asked me to look up the order numbers. Excuse me? You are at work. I am the customer. Why in the world wouldn't an employee or owner try to look up the order numbers for their company's product? I told her that I changed my mind and decided to order with someone who would look up product information for me instead of asking me to look it up for them.

I ordered an arrangement for Valentine's Day four days ahead to ensure a quality product but when I picked up my flowers I was very underwhelmed. The flowers were not as described or agreed upon. I complained to the owner she offered similar alternatives or a refund but she could not deliver on promised large arrangement since they had zero inventory left. I wanted to give my loved one a great Valentine's Day gift but settled for a forgettable, over priced one.

At 56 years old, this purchase was the most I've ever spent on anything other than my home and I'll be honest, it wasn't an easy decision for me. I'm retired and my income and financial stability is precious to me. I had to finance the tractor and implements in order to buy them. Well, here I am a year later, and I have no regrets at all. I worked with salesman Quintin, assisted by Michael, both of whom did a great job of answering all my questions; and I had plenty. I was never pushed into ordering anything I didn't need. In fact, Quintin talked me out of a couple of things I wanted and offered more practical solutions to me. Once the tractor arrived, they got to work on building it and installing the options. Before long, I was on my tractor and using it on my MT property to do the heavy lifting for me. During the first few weeks, I called Quintin a few times on his cellphone with questions. He always answered my calls and in spite of me feeling bad for bothering him, he politely told me to shup-up, that I wasn't bothering him and that it was his job to answer my questions even though he had already made the sale. I was great having him there to answer questions for a few weeks. Since my original purchase, I've been back to the store and bought some other things. When I walking in, I'm treated with friendly smiles and feel like everyone who works there appreciates my patronage. Thanks to the staff of LLTM for the service and friendship!
