In mid 2022, I purchased new Kioti DK-5310 cab tractor with numerous implements and upgrades, and a new 20' flat deck trailer. The overall purchase was nearly $50k. At 56 years old, this purchase was the most I've ever spent on anything other than my home and I'll be honest, it wasn't an easy decision for me. I'm retired and my income and financial stability is precious to me. I had to finance the tractor and implements in order to buy them. Well, here I am a year later, and I have no regrets at all.
I worked with salesman Quintin, assisted by Michael, both of whom did a great job of answering all my questions; and I had plenty. I was never pushed into ordering anything I didn't need. In fact, Quintin talked me out of a couple of things I wanted and offered more practical solutions to me.
Once the tractor arrived, they got to work on building it and installing the options. Before long, I was on my tractor and using it on my MT property to do the heavy lifting for me. During the first few weeks, I called Quintin a few times on his cellphone with questions. He always answered my calls and in spite of me feeling bad for bothering him, he politely told me to shup-up, that I wasn't bothering him and that it was his job to answer my questions even though he had already made the sale. I was great having him there to answer questions for a few weeks.
Since my original purchase, I've been back to the store and bought some other things. When I walking in, I'm treated with friendly smiles and feel like everyone who works there appreciates my patronage.
