Within several hours of reaching out to Freddy, he came to my house and gave me a very fair estimate. I have a very large ficus tree which requires special attention as many power lines run through the branches. In addition, the tree touches several neighbor's yards. Freddy introduced himself to my neighbors, and took care to cover their pool to prevent dust and debris, and to have access to clean up any mess that might cross onto their property. After pruning back the ficus, Freddy noticed that the tree next to it was unhealthy and had a lot of dead branches. Without charging me extra, he pruned that tree as well.
