I contacted Dario based solely upon social media comments ... David responded immediately by phone and text. He then followed up with an onsite tree assessment and estimate. The estimate and its fairness provided a great sense of relief due to its affordability - a date for the trimming was immediately scheduled by David for the following week. As scheduled, Domingo and his team arrived promptly at 7:00am and began working at 8:00am in order to accommodate my request for the later start time ( for which I am extremely grateful ) . The precision and skillful approach to the tree project was absolutely Amazing! Domingo and his team have working together down to a science!! I was in total disbelief when in two and a half hours all three trees had been Beautifully and Artistically trimmed / pruned, all branches and debris removed and the front and backyard areas left "white glove clean!!" THE TREES LOOK SPECTACULAR!!! ( received a text in the morning from the neighbors saying how great the trees look! ) David, Domingo and Dario ( the Dad who started it all and I had the honor of meeting ) along with their team are in my opinion "Geniuses at what they do." Margret checked in regularly and explained every step, which made everything smooth. From project approval, and throughout the removal process, I never had to wonder what was happening next. When they showed up to do the actual removal, you could tell they knew what they were doing. They worked quickly but carefully, and I was impressed by how they managed to take down a pretty substantial tree without any damage to our property or our neighbors'. The crew was highly experienced in their work, and more importantly, the cleanup afterward was thorough. No debris left behind, no mess to deal with. The pricing was very fair. Tree work in general costs a lot, especially when you are doing the work with licensed professionals who are insured, use all the right equipment, and are protective of yours and others property. Even with all that, I saw no indication of price gouging. Rush and Margret made the whole thing hassle-free. They gave me everything I was looking for with a tree service, and I'm glad I made the call. This will be my go to from here on out for any work I need in the future.
