The estimate and its fairness provided a great sense of relief due to its affordability - a date for the trimming was immediately scheduled by David for the following week. As scheduled, Domingo and his team arrived promptly at 7:00am and began working at 8:00am in order to accommodate my request for the later start time ( for which I am extremely grateful ) . The precision and skillful approach to the tree project was absolutely Amazing! Domingo and his team have working together down to a science!! Margret checked in regularly and explained every step, which made everything smooth. From project approval, and throughout the removal process, I never had to wonder what was happening next. When they showed up to do the actual removal, you could tell they knew what they were doing. They worked quickly but carefully, and I was impressed by how they managed to take down a pretty substantial tree without any damage to our property or our neighbors'. The crew was highly experienced in their work, and more importantly, the cleanup afterward was thorough. No debris left behind, no mess to deal with. The pricing was very fair. Tree work in general costs a lot, especially when you are doing the work with licensed professionals who are insured, use all the right equipment, and are protective of yours and others property. Even with all that, I saw no indication of price gouging. Rush and Margret made the whole thing hassle-free. They gave me everything I was looking for with a tree service, and I'm glad I made the call. This will be my go to from here on out for any work I need in the future.

I used this landscaping company for over two years after moving into my new home, and for most of…read morethat time, I genuinely couldn't have been happier with them. They handled weekly maintenance for both my front and back yards, took over our annual tree trimming, and even completed a larger project redoing my entire sprinkler system. Their work was consistently excellent, and I trusted them enough to continue giving them additional projects as they came up. Unfortunately, after more than two years as a loyal weekly customer, I received a message out of the blue letting me know they were canceling their entire Wednesday route because they had secured a larger, more lucrative contract and needed to move that crew over to it. Just like that, I was soon to be without a gardener and had to scamble to find a replacement. I completely understand that businesses have to make financial decisions, but I was extremely disappointed by how easily long-standing residential customers were dropped when a more valuable contract came along. I can absolutely recommend the quality of their work--they truly were fantastic. But I would caution residential customers to keep in mind that, based on my experience, a long-term relationship and consistent business may not carry much weight if a larger HOA or commercial contract comes along. That's something I wish I had known before relying on them for so much of my property maintenance.
