From the very first call to the final cleanup, everything was top-notch! He was very responsive when it came to text and phone calls. So with great pricing and seeing that he had a ton of excellent reviews on Yelp, the choice was clear to go with Francisco. The team showed up right on time, which is a huge plus in my book. Francisco was incredibly friendly and professional from the start. They did an excellent job removing the palm tree safely and efficiently. The cleanup was thorough; they hauled everything away and left the area looking great. I was seriously impressed with how clean and professional the whole operation was. If you're in the area and need any tree work, I highly recommend this company to everyone. I had two large trees in the front yard that were very close to the house, they had been for years,…read morebut were now a big problem as I could no longer qualify for home insurance. So, I started the shopping process like I do when I need service for the house. I started by looking at local companies on Yelp and Google results. I then start the process of reading all the reviews, both good and bad reviews. Putting in the time looking at, only licensed and insured providers, and finally, calling at least two or three companies. In this case, use my research and save yourself the time and effort. Call Pelletier Tree Service. There is a reason they have five stars and over 340 reviews on Yelp. I proceeded by sending a few pictures to Mark at Pelletier and he was able to give me an accurate and very affordable quote with just looking at the photos in my case. We agreed on the price and they started the work in just one day. My experience included them: 1. Showing up promptly and on time. 2. Doing an amazing job of cutting the trees and not damaging our home or yard in any way. 3. Cutting both trees down in just one day. 4. Coming back the next day and grinding down both stumps. 5. Cleaning up the yard when done. (** You will see a pile of mulch in the after picture but I asked them for that as I was able to use it in my back yard. Just wanted to clarify.) 6. Doing all this for a great price. 7. He and his team having a great attitude the entire time. Truly an amazing group. They have provided a level of service that you just don't get anymore in today's market. Pelletier Tree Service is affordable and professional and from now on I won't be going anywhere else for tree service.

This was different from other gardeners we interviewed who did not listen to us and told us what they would do. We appreciated the fact he listened and agreed to what we wanted. I want to share my thoughts on Pinnacle's job at my home. I searched for companies on Google and…read moreYelp, but decided to ask my neighbors on Nextdoor. Based on those recommendations, I got six estimates ranging from $1,600 to $2,100 for licensed and insured companies, and from $400 to $2,500 for unlicensed companies. It was suggested that I ask each company if their crews are employees or day laborers. I asked them how they would dispose of the tree trimmings. I selected Pinnacle, a local company owned by Javier, who lives in Saugus (but has a Valley phone number: 818-624-5939). Javier was at the job for the entire time that his one-man crew, George, was up in my trees. Javier and George worked together and did a great job trimming two bottlebrush and five Podocarpus. They brought their shredder and reduced the trimmings to mulch. I like this way of doing business because some of the bidders would have taken the cuttings to the dump. I highly recommend Pinnacle Tree Care, Inc., and will invite them back in a couple of years.
