Once it was installed the sign is cut off at the bottom cutting part of the lettering off. Was advised by Jase that it would be fixed shortly after it was installed back in October. it is now almost January and he will not return my emails or answer my calls. The last time I spoke to him I had to call with my personal cell phone on a number he did not recognize to get him to answer and the sign is still not fixed. I have also asked for a refund and am being ignored. So I am going to have to pay another company to fix what I already paid to have done. Horrible service. Not how you do business at all.

I am the marketing person for my fathers business. he ordered a couple of signs without me seeing…read moreand he couldn't even see them on the computer, he had me download them just to see them! they weren't the best or his look at all. I called Tina just to make sure the signs were printed and if we couldn't change them. they were already printed, fine, but I was trying to get ideas for the next sign and all I was told was that I need to send in whatever I wanted and they would print it... well that's fine but aren't they the designer? She got VERY rude and when I asked to talk to a manager she told me she was the owner and I couldn't talk to anyone else. she also kept saying that we had to pay for the signs! I didn't mind paying for the signs, I did though ask for pictures of the "printed" signs to make sure they had already been printed which I still haven't received. When my mother got on the phone and told her she was the wife we heard "oh good" which was a dismissal to me. she further said we couldn't have a discount which is fine, we were going to pay for those signs, not a big deal. my problem lies in trying to tell her what our look was and giver ideas and how we can get other signs made. by the end of the conversation I asked why she was being rude in which she turned to her employees to ask if she was being rude and said she has another customer in front of her why would you talk to me on the phone like that with another customer in front of you?) and she would send me the pictures of the "printed" signs after she was through with them. yet I still haven't received them. She then gets off the phone with me, calls my father, he calls me upset that I had "made her cry" and also that he doesn't have to pay for the signs! so when I call her to apologize and make things better, one of her employees answers and I am told that "she doesn't want to talk to me right now" and "she will only talk to my father" and on the subject of unprofessionalism "shes the owner and is allowed to be unprofessional and talk to whoever she wants" I was calm toned the entire time and to me a business should WANT to work things out and keep a customer! VERY VERY BACK HOME COUNTRY BULL SHIT if you ask me! WE WILL NOT BE USING THEM EVER AGAIN! and if she was smart enough to print a sign that my kids could draw then she should be smart enough to know the internet is your enemy if your stupid enough to be unprofessional to ANY customer apart of any business your doing business with!! Why not just try and hear my input? She got butt hurt if you ask me!

Definitely as good as it gets…read more Short version: I had issues with an LED sign. I phoned three sign shops in the Longview area before calling these guys. I received a voicemail at one of the businesses and a promise that I would receive a call-back at two others. I suppose Sign Man wanted my business more than the others, because they answered on the second ring and sent someone out (within the same hour) to check out my sign problems. Not only did I get an explanation of the problem (that I could actually understand), they also told me my cost and the time frame on repairing it (less than an hour). Fortunately, they had everything in their van to service it right then and there. The sign was working once again. I paid. They thanked me and told me to call them with any future issues. Done. Maybe it's not a big deal to most people, but these guys showed up looking like a million bucks. Clean-shaven. Uniformed. Looked me in the eyes when talking to me ... Really old school, and they earned my trust almost immediately. Anything mechanical can malfunction occasionally. I'm glad to know that I can call on the experts at Sign Man when it happens. By the way, two of those three initial calls were returned to me. One of them took two days. The other happened one week (to the day) later.
