Last year I had them spray my yard for insects , I gave them my visa number and soon realized that…read morethey had added an additional $2000 to the bill. I called them numerous times to correct this and each time I was told I would be reimbursed with days and that they would not charge me for a treatment this year.. After6 weeks I called Visa and had them reimburse me the $2000. This year I have called many many times. emailed and sent texts with no resolution. The only response I got was She answered the phone once and said she would get back to me ,which she hasn't. I question the credibility of this company, and would NOT recommend it to anyone. colleen J

My facility contracted Harlow for pest control (bed bugs). Lord knows what they charged but they…read moreput these little sticky white boxes in different areas of the building and what look like lipped coasters underneath fabric chairs and such. These are presumably to catch any bugs and see what's roaming around. A year and a half later, the things are still sitting there, and the cleaning staff have long since removed the coasters because they were just collecting dust and getting in the way of cleaning the floors. The little white boxes are still randomly strewn around the building, full of hair, dust, and basically making the place look dirty and cluttered. There has been zero follow up. What, pray tell, is the point of these things if no one ever collects them or checks on them? Money grab IMO.

I am very happy to be able to share this business/organization with people on Yelp. I'll…read morespecifically be reviewing their program "PAWS to Remember". This is the only group support for people who are struggling with pet loss, at all stages of loss - including prior for people who have a sick animal. These sessions are facilitated once a month by Gord Youzwyshyn who is very generous and empathetic to people. He's been hosting these for 11 years, and again, is the only person doing this. However, this is a very necessary program because pet loss/bereavement is a real thing, and there needs to be a place to go for people in need. I just wouldn't have felt comfortable going to any other program that wasn't centered around pets. This program is free as well, so I thought, why not take advantage? I attended my first group session on Feb 4th at the Pet Therapy Society. I've been struggling with my cat's terminal illness. I have to say that I felt exponentially better after attending this. There were about 8 people there and we were able to help each other heal a bit and share the issues that were impacting us. It was definitely healing. Even the candle ceremony was very therapeutic. We met people who were helping us with advice and sharing of their own stories. I also loved that they referred to my cat as my soulmate, because he truly is. I know that this is the only group session of it's kind in Edmonton, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to people struggling. It's better than doing nothing and there are people out there going through the same thing as you. The place is a bit out of the way, however, there will be sessions at Grant Mac starting at the end of February. There is parking at the Pet Therapy Society and Wifi.
