I live on the west coast and had tried days before trying to place an online order with TelaFlora and 800-Flowers. It was an absolute nightmare and they both kept saying there was no guarantee on any delivery at all. So I took a chance and called the first florist I could find for the area. The nicest lady answered first thing and was so patient in my very specific requests of which flowers couldn't be used and what colors I preferred. When I asked about same day delivery, she assured it would be done but perhaps later in the day due to their water not working when I called. Not only was she respectful, polite, and patient with me, but she absolutely went above and beyond on the floral arrangement I ordered. She made the entire process so easy for me and even delivered much sooner than I expected that day. My Nana was overjoyed with the arrangement and this was coming from a woman that owned a flower shop herself for more than 20 years. Online, based on the arrangement I ordered from this shop, I would have paid nearly $40 more at least. And... my best friend who also wanted to send my Nana flowers for her birthday had already placed an online order with another Lake City florist who cancelled last minute due to supply issues. So I told my bestie to call this florist immediately and she did! Even though she called later in the day for an arrangement, they still got it delivered same day and her arrangement was just as beautiful! I planned my sister's baby shower from out of state and was having so much trouble finding a venue with AC in August - who would have thought this could be an issue in Florida? I didn't look at MMM originally since it was a baby shower not a wedding and felt the price and target demographic would likely not align with what we were looking for, but finally ended up looking at the Instagram out of desperation to see if the space could possibly work for our needs, and it was PERFECT. Honestly the pictures and videos don't even do it justice. Everyone who attended raved about how beautiful the space was. Bridgette went above and beyond to make the process as simple as possible for me and as beautiful for my sister.. adding so many amazing details along the way without being asked - flowers inside of ice cubes in the mimosa bin, wooden hearts for attendees to sign for a guest book, etc - these amazing gestures were greatly appreciated. She even provided linens, plates, decor, as well as vendor recommendations for the very few things she didn't have. She also coordinated my rental and included everything in one invoice. This is hands down one of the best private events spaces in Gainesville! One of the attendees even said she would like to host one of her upcoming showers there.
