I went in for a tattoo removal which Irene said she is very good at and she would…read morebe 100% able to remove my previous work but instead she wanted to try and do a micro blading cover up because she is confident she can fix it, leaving her office it looked nice enough so I offered to pay for it even tho she said she'd do it for free and only charge me the removal fee, after healing I did not at all like how it looked and I called her to go back to our original plan of removal. Not only did she change her confidence in being able to remove it, she actually said she might leave me with a scar and that her removal process isn't 100%. So she refused to do the removal and guess what she refused to refund my money. She talked so badly about my previous tattoo artist who did a bad job but at least she was a decent human being and refunded my money, Irene is much worse! See proof below of the salon admitting to talking me into changing my service at no charge and the picture of them yet charging me $497.94 and refusing to refund it. Thats their TRUE customer service level. -unhappy customer who was lied to -good luck next time, no refund! And just for those friends leaving "FAKE" reviews which is "ILLEGAL" btw! and claiming real ones are "FAKE" because someone might have moved and didn't update their address lol.. the stupidity of some people is...... See the proof in the photos. Have some SHAME and stop letting your friends leave you good reviews when you are running a bad business. Real customers deserve to know the truth. I would be very careful on who to ask to post reviews on your behalf because my lawyer will make sure all these "fake customers" answer for posting illegally to benefit your business.
