Katie and I had a fun day out with our guide visiting Whian Whian State Conservation Area close to Minyon Falls. The walk was off track for part of the way. It was through deep rainforest. The waterfalls we visited were stunning and we didn't see any other people on our hike. It felt like we were the only people in the forest.
The walking was a little more challenging and slippery than I expected, but we did signup for an "adventurous off track bushwalk" and that's what we got. It was a real adventure! Even though it had been raining prior to the trip, the wetness wasn't a problem, and it added to the atmosphere. The waterfalls were all pumping. I'd recommend Wilderness Adventures. read more
