I requested the attendance logs upon cancelation and there were numerous discrepancies. Double entry of hours logged and hours logged when I had canceled with documented communication within the appropriate time frame. The owner Chad Hrenko has gone against the Tutoring Club Corporate office. Which advised him to pay me in full minus the cancelation fee because the Tutoring Club cancelation policy which was not given to me or signed at the time of registration. CHECK YOUR HOURS. Extremely Disappointing Experience -- Buyer Beware I signed…read moreup for Varsity Tutors on Wednesday evening and was told that their product would work on all tablets. No one disclosed to me during the sign-up process that the product actually requires an Apple or Android device with Google Chrome. We have neither. Even more concerning, no one told me that I had only 24 hours from the time of purchase to log in and verify that the product worked. Had I been given that information, I obviously would have made it a priority to log in immediately and test the service. Instead, I logged in for the first time approximately 48 hours after signing up, only to discover that we could not use the product with our devices. I immediately contacted customer service to explain the situation and request a refund. The representative I spoke with was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. I was told that they could not refund me because more than 24 hours had passed since I signed up. I explained that this was the first time I had actually logged into the service, that I had contacted them immediately upon discovering the compatibility issue, and that I had never been informed that I had a 24-hour window to test the product. That distinction seems pretty important: how can a customer reasonably be expected to discover a compatibility problem within a 24-hour window when they aren't told that the 24-hour window exists? I was also originally told that the product would work on all tablets, which was not the case. Rather than acknowledging the conflicting information or trying to find a reasonable solution, customer service simply hid behind the 24-hour policy. This was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. Misleading information about device compatibility, failure to disclose a critical 24-hour testing/refund deadline, and dismissive customer service is not what I expected when signing up for an educational service. If you're considering Varsity Tutors, make absolutely sure your device is compatible and ask specifically about any refund or testing deadlines before you pay.

It was…read morevery comprehensive and the program took the time to really build skills and a practical strategy to tackle the LSAT as a whole. I especially liked the online resources which provided extra practice exams and a law school compass so you can measure where you are at in terms of admissions probabilities. Our instructor Dylan was awesome. He made learning the LSAT entertaining and he took the time to really walk us through areas we were struggling in. It is a time consuming course and assigns quite a bit of homework but it is totally worth it because it's geared to help you do well on what might be the most important test of your life.
