Even though there website says a cancellation fee of $250 applies. Have asked for the cancellation documentation so I can claim travel insurance however have not got back to me. Worst customer service. If you haven't booked with these guys yet. Don't, book directly with the airline or with someone else because if something goes wrong you are in for a nightmare time trying to get your money back. Friend booked directly with Emirates and his process was a million times easier. with no fees given to him
