I usually don't write reviews, but my experience with Wild Wings on Fisher Hallman Rd, Kitchener was unacceptable. My husband tried calling them for a pick up. Phone could not go through as he tried 5 times. Then he tried to order online and that became complicated as well. My father in law really wanted wings and garlic bread, so we decided to stop by Wild Wings and ordered in person. They told my husband he had to pay ahead and that it will be ready 30mins. My husband replied no problem, as we would run some errands in that area. We came back between 40-45mins. to pick up our order. And to our surprise, we still had to wait another 10mins. and it was for garlic bread. Like seriously, garlic bread? My husband tried calling, tried to order online. Came in, was told to pay ahead and 30mins wait. Came pass the time thinking it would definitely be ready, and still had to wait an additional 10mins for garlic bread? Just a terrible experience for 2 pounds of wings and garlic bread. Not being able to reach them to order ahead. And having to wait longer is ridiculous. Will not ever be coming back here. read more

Well what's there too say about Wild Wing. A great wing pit with over 100 flavours what more can you ask for as a wing lover. They do have some good deals throughout the week so if you are planning on going it doesn't hurt to check them out and why not save some money. If I wanted to watch the "big game" this wouldn't be my spot of choice as the TVs are frequently fuzzy and the sound system is dated. Overall great spot to grab some wings and a beer and the service is decent. read more

Great wings! Tried the gar par and the dill creamy style! Both delicious! The breading on the wings are super crispy and not at all soggy with all the sauce you get. Order did take a bit to come out but honestly such good wings it's worth it. I usually order the single which is 1lb and more than enough for me! The fries are also great with a nice seasoning. I did take out while visiting friends in the area. Unfortunately, there just isn't anything great that stood out about the place. Staff: We did the order over the phone. Apparently, we were out of their area so they couldn't deliver. Unfortunately, my order came incorrectly, which wasn't the end of the world but disappointing nonetheless. Didn't really verify the order which probably attributed to the error. Food: Had the Pizza Fingers and Gar Par Rings and a single of Sour Cream and Onion Wings. The Pizza Fingers were nothing special but still tasted alright, I did wish they were crispier since the outside was really soft. The Gar Par Rings was ok, but the sauce seemed like it was just squirted haphazardly into the container. I will mention that they were tasty but could have probably used less sauce. My wings order was supposed to be boneless but they came as traditional. Unfortunately, they were overseasoned so very salty, but the breading was done well. In addition, the side of fries were extremely soggy and I couldn't even finish them. Overall, nothing really stood out and I could probably go to another wings place next time. The decor reminds me of Hooters. Wooden furnature and a roll of paper towels at the table. The bartender was polite and the waitress was ver friendly. I asked her what her favorite was and she suggested the Wing Sampler Platter. It was a little pricey at $23.00, but you are able to pick 4 different flavors, so I gave it a try. She gave me her favorites and I ordered one of my favorites and another from a user on Foursquare. Her favorite was actually the "Hot Dill Pickle." I was very suprised by how much I liked it. It was my favorite of the 4 I chose: Hometown Hottie - an average wing. not unlike many others I have tasted. Daisy Duke - The Mango Chipotle was good, but a little sweet, so order cautiously. GarPar - Really thick on the garlic butter. Almost like they spread on a garlic mayo. It was good, just not what I'm used to. Way different than in the states. Hot Dill Pickle - a little spicey, but the flavor is quite suprising. Not sure I can eat more than 10, but 5 was perfect. read more

Stopped last night for takeout wings. First time trying this place, so was curious. It is very expensive, for 18wings and sweet potato fries was just over $30. Wings were very salty, and it wasn't the sauce we had on them. Tried the sauce alone thinking it was. They were for a good size and decent, but they need to tone down the salt on them. read more

I don't know if they've changed something but it seems this particular restaurant gets worse every time I go. They've changed the menu to incorporate items for the non-wing lover but I have to ask why ? It's called Wild Wing !! If you don't like wings, go somewhere else !! But that's my opinion I guess. The wings also seem to be getting smaller, and the sauce sprayed on instead of dunked in. The service was ok, even for a busy time at night. But I don't think I will return, it's just getting too bad there. The last time I was there, I witnessed 2 tables send back their food for whatever reason as well. Eating at the bar, the food took a while to arrive, and it was a bit cool. The bartender served they next couple and left me hanging for over 25 minutes with an empty basket of eaten wings, and I was starting to nod off a bit. I made eye contact with other servers thinking they would get the hint, but they just continued their conversation. I chuckled when I paid by debit, with the tip options were: 20% or other'. I left 1.25$ tip on a 14$ tab, which was more than he deserved. At least it wasn't awkward, as he was too busy counting his other tips when I left. read more

The wings were over priced for what you got and they were so fatty it was discusting

Ordered take out tonight - asked for gar par with my fries. I was charged for gar par. However, it was not included with my order. When I called in to let them know, they asked if I could come back. I live 15mins away so it wasn't worth it. I am unhappy that I couldn't trust the order to be correct and that I was charged for something I didn't receive. read more

The wings were dry. The fries were stale and cold. The service was average. The space was able to accommodate a larger group though (we were 15) and the decor is nice and modern. We saw others also commenting on their cold fries. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant to others. read more

Usually I would have something better to say about this place but my last experience was not the best. I have to say I have been in a few Wild Wing locations but this location is BY FAR the tackiest of them all. It looks like a novelty store threw up or something. There are multi colour, beach themed murals on the walls, a Giant light up palm tree, saloon style old western doors and all kinds of junk hanging from the ceiling including sports jerseys, athletic bags and other various sports related items. It really is over the top cluttered and hectic and this is coming from a person who thinks the decor at Jack Astors is great. So that's gotta tell you something. Anways, on my last visit I order medium wings, which is rare for me because I tend to prefer somthing hotter but I was sharing with a friend who doesn't like spicy food. When our wings arrived we both bit into them we just looked at eachother with panic beucase our mouths were burning. I chugged half a beer because they were that hot, which for me would be fine but my friend looked like she was going to fall off her chair. When the waitress came back we explained how hot they were and my friend told her she would not be able to eat them the waitress said "Well yeah, the medium wings here are pretty hot" and looked at us with confusion as if we were supposed to just know this or something. We asked if there was anything she could do and she offered to bring us out some ranch dip or mild sauce which to me is a joke. I used to work in a Sports Bar and I know for a fact I would have immediately offered new wings or at least a credit to the bill. Instead she offered nothing, so my friend ate nothing and we paid and left. I will go back because I have had better experiences there in the past but all in all the customer service was not good.
