I'm not sure why everyone has given this place a bad review. The office ladies and dental staff were all so nice and efficient.

I brought my 7-year-old child in for a scheduled dental treatment where nitrous oxide (laughing…read moregas) was planned to be used. Upon arrival, I was informed for the first time that parents are not allowed in the treatment room. This policy had not been communicated to me beforehand during scheduling or in any paperwork. As a parent, I expressed that I was uncomfortable with my 7-year-old undergoing treatment and sedation without my presence. I made it very clear that I was not questioning the dentist's professional ability and was simply advocating for my child's safety and comfort. Unfortunately, the dentist responded defensively and the conversation became unnecessarily confrontational. Rather than calmly explaining the policy or working toward a solution, there was significant pushback when I voiced a reasonable concern as a parent. Because I no longer felt comfortable proceeding under those circumstances, I made the decision to stop the appointment and leave before treatment began. My child will be receiving care at a different dental office. I understand that every practice may have its own policies, but transparency and respectful communication with parents are essential--especially when treating children. Policies regarding parental presence during pediatric treatment and sedation should be clearly communicated prior to the appointment so families can make informed decisions. I hope the practice reviews how these situations are handled moving forward. I would appreciate having someone from office management contact me to discuss this experience.

Well they continued to charge me every month and then my new insurance started making $500 payments but they said I STILL had to make my payments until I was fulled paid off regardless if my insurance was covering it or not!! How does that make any sense !? Plus it was so absolutely impossible to get ahold of the ortho side for months ! So we haven't gone at all since the initial appointment and I've been charged for MONTHS now. Don't come here. Worst place ever!

First of all, the staff here are kind of "whatever" about being there. If you don't like your job,…read moredon't work there. My son was told by my dentist he needed a tooth capped. So, this place weighed him to give him something to drink so that he wouldn't feel anything. I was worried, but they assured me it was safe. When I got him back almost 40 minutes later, he was extremely out of it. They told me this was normal and he'd be fine in a few minutes. He whined and started crying when he came to. He couldn't walk or move properly for HOURS! You guys are lucky I was so scared and worried about taking care of him after or I would have sued your ass. Never go here. They have no idea what they're doing. Hurt my child and had to have the cap redone at Solomon Pediatric where he wasn't sick / immobile after.

On 04/22/2015 took my three year old son to my regular dentist, I found out he had a broken tooth…read moreafter the x-rays were taken, so he when ahead and gave me a referral to a kids dentist. So far so good, right? On the way back home a decided to call to the number provided to me for the referral, a lady answer she began to set the appointment up for me for the next day of 04/23/2015, as a patent I had a few concerns, since she set up the appointment at 7am. My concern was if I show up at that time, is the dentist going to be there on site? I don't want to be there waiting for an hour or so till the dentist arrived! Anybody who has kids knows that you can only entertain your kid anywhere from 5 to 20 min maximum to any appointment you take him or just to take care of any business you got during your day, after that hell breaks lost. As a parent I did not want to go through that and I wanted to make sure. The lady answer my question by saying they're up and running at 6am. So ok, right? Got there the next day 0645 hours, try to open the door the lady up in the front desk rush to get it open for me. No big deal we're in. I start feeling the normal paper work turn it in. My son and I were call, they took his weight another lady began asking why we were there for so I explain that two months ago he was running around the house and hit his mouth, and broke one of his front tooth. She went like "Oh it happens, When did this happen?" I said "I already told you". No answer. So we went to see the dentist, to see what were our options, I make my choice. Now she comes back we the insurance paper work. I had a few questions so she goes away and comes back later I told her I wasn't sure about the price but I will have that check. She just exploded on me by saying "We been having problems with you since you call yesterday the girl up front told me how rude you were on the phone" I said "Excuse me, are you retaliating because of yesterday, all I was doing was asking questions and making sure you guys won't have me waiting, that's all. "Oh no" she say, you even gave me attitude when I ask you when did your son's accident happen by saying I told you already"? I said "That's because I did told you". She took off by saying "I'm going to have someone else help you I can't put up with this". I said "you I'm the one who is not putting up with your attitude". I took my son and we start walking out. I thought for one moment the dentist will ask us to stay but that didn't happen. I will never go back to that place horrible customer service plus very rude people very unprofessional. Not worth it do not take your kids there.
