This is my second or third time attending this event and it still appears to be struggling to draw out the locals in any real numbers and the local restaurants seem to deal with the distraction okay. I personally enjoy trying different foods and I only wish that the prices and portions weren't so dinner size, I would much rather get less for a reasonable price so you don't have to make a meal off one truck and could experience the entire event as its meant to be. Canal Street is a great location for this and I hope they continue to hold these events here. I will continue to support them as well as the local restaurants and shops in our community.
