We'll take a walk on the beach and meet you there. We ordered a large thin crust, a big Italian beef wet/sweet with a side of jus, and a personal deep dish for good measure. When we arrived for pickup, the place was hopping -- buzzing with energy and the kind of vibe that makes you wish you'd planned to eat in. And then we tasted the food. Holy. Cow. This is the best Chicago-style pizza and Italian beef I have ever had outside of Chicago -- and I'll go further than that -- it's better than places I've actually eaten in Chicago. So off we went, and the place was hopping. I wonder how many pizzas they end up serving on a given day, but during the 45 mins we were there, they had at least 10 door dash pickups. We ordered our usual which was the 16 inch "cracker crust" thin and crispy with pepperoni and mushrooms (their mushrooms are fresh, not canned) and also asked for it well done so you can taste the crispness of the crust and the slightly charred cheese and pepperoni. Wow, Joe Kielbasa you are an artist of the pizza world! You guys make other great food too. The pizza is far and away my personal favorite but the Italian beef, Chicago dogs, the meatball parm Sammie and the egg rolls are awesome too. Service was exceptional and very attentive.
