I researched many powder coaters /sand blasters in the Morehead - Jacksonville area and couldn't get a quote, in most cases, not even a callback. Buying new ones was over $3,000! Even the shutter company quoted a crazy high price to handle the refinishing. On a hunch, I found Live Wire in a Wilmington search and it looked promising. I spoke with Jessica, sent photos and dimensions and they generated a quote for a little under $1200 for 3 shutters. We took them down, they examined them and said they felt they could do the work, even though they had the thin blades. The original quality of the power coating was poor, the company didn't prime them first. Live Wire could not guarantee all the corrosion pitting would be gone. Well, they finished them on the promised time, we went to get them and were floored. Each looked like brand new and sparkling. No, all the pitting wasn't gone, but who cares from 15 feet, they look gorgeous and we saved over $2,000! Sweet. Highly recommend this company. Everyone was generous with their time and explanations.

I was looking for a contractor to remodel my master bathroom. I reached out to no less than 6 with…read moreChris being the second one I spoke with. He came to the house with Robyn and we went through what I wanted. Chris got back to me in very short order with all the estimates we needed. After all other contractor discussions were had, we decided to go with Chris for a number of reasons. One, he was polite and easy to speak with( we just felt good about him). He was not the cheapest but was not the most expensive either. Going with our gut, we decided to move forward with him. He came out immediately upon his availability and started the work. During each phase, he let me know who was expected to come out and all of his subs were very polite and considerate as we were still living in the house. We spoke throughout the build making sure everything that was done was what we expected and discussed obstacles while providing solutions( can't expect to do a remodel and not have surprises). When final walk through was done, we were very please with the end result. I would recommend him to anyone and I plan to request his help in the future.

I haven't even put a 700 miles on the car since I bought it because it has been in their possession. I spent over a grand between wheels and calipers yet they didn't offer any sort of refund or anything. They drove my car to Knightdale which is not even in the same city to supposedly have the tpms looked at , that by the way was perfectly fine before I took it here. I wouldn't recommend the service quality to anyone. Buyer beware the proof is in the pics. Then they had the nerve to place a photo of my car on their site without consent making it appear that my wheels look great when in fact if you look close they are just not good a. After some back and forth the company did refund my cost. Please that they did the right thing. Hopefully my experience was just a fluke. I wish them well in their continued endeavors
