The other day when I was cleaning receipts out of my purse I happened to look at the receipt and that item was on my receipt. I proceeded to call the store and she asked me if I knew who checked me out and I gave the name on my receipt. She said that is a newer person, makes sense as I know she had to ask the other employee for help. She then told me that since I left the store and it has been a week she couldn't do anything. I asked if she was a manager and she said yes and she couldn't do anything. Are there no cameras in there? Do they not do inventory? They can easily discover this error. Oh and she hung up on me when I said I would take my business elsewhere. Mind you I was being very respectful the whole time. Very unprofessional...not to mention they now technically have stolen money from me.

Within those 2 weeks my manager acted as if I had the wrong number and that she didn't know me or what I was talking about. I reached out on multiple occasions to receive my work schedule or to find out if I still had a job. I called her on another phone number just to see if I truly had the wrong number after I explained that it was me when she picked up I was promptly told by said manager that " I was instructed not to talk to you" then she hung up on me.
