I visited the salon twice and had good experiences both times. However, when I went to make my third appointment I hit a wall. Two attempts to make my appointment online were not responded to. I decided to call. They don't answer the phone, s you have to leave a message. Tried this twice-still no response. I have given up on this salon. My cut and color was good and I would give a five stars except for price and maybe it's all places but unless you make a lot of money I don't see how people afford it. I got root touch up ,and highlights and cut $175. Is to much. Elderly and low income can't afford these prices. Within three weeks my roots will be white again. Mason was SO friendly! I have a tender head and he was so gentle washing and styling! I gave him a few Audrey Hepburn pictures and told him 'do this!' He asked a few questions to make sure we were on the same page and went to it! I'm so happy with it! I'd add a picture, but my face doesn't look like Hepburn, lol, but at least my hair does now! Attention anyone looking for a change or if you're just tired of driving to Evansville because you think you need to be in a big city with a big foo foo salon to have a great modern cut and look then look no further! I recently visited wild orchid salon just yesterday in fact to get my beautiful no brass blonde with my colorist Alison I have written a yelp review before about Alison I had met her as a fluke at fiesta salon that's one of those places like a Supercuts where you just walk in I didn't expect much but I had a crazy work schedule and had to get rid of my black roots I walked in Alison did my color and I have never gone to anyone else in fact when I found out she was no longer with fiesta salons I had to go searching for her! She is now at the wild orchid salon along with Mason another incredible stylist who originally cut off my hair when I went from long to short I had no remorse he was wonderful as well Alison is so kind and really listens when you ask her something she takes her Time and always make sure I get the color I want I had never been in the wild orchid salon but it is just a wonderful quaint salon it is decorated so precious it makes you feel like you're in a big city salon incredible paintings and bright colors it's very welcoming and I really like going in there The prices are reasonable and downright fantastic since she does such an amazing job so before you cross that bridge in hopes of A High dollar care cut do you yourself a favor and check out Wild Orchid read more
